I wish I remembered to take a pic of our food, but it was so delicious we ate it up! Pizza, burgers, black bean burgers, nachos, so many great options! I loved the menu and the beers on tap! Great service, delicious food!

Our server , Natalie was very attentive and polite! The ribs I had were outstanding! My husband enjoyed the club sandwich too ! Our grandson really liked the saganaki & the chicken tenders! Win ! Win for us ! We'll see you soon!

You may feel as though you've stepped back a little in time when you enter. The stained glass light fixtures, leather booths and dim lighting give off and old-school feel. Cozy up in a booth, or join some of the locals at the bar. So remind me of Kress Lounge in Detroit. Had Fish Sandwich, French Onion Soup outrageous delicious, half pound Cheeseburger spot on and NY style White Pizza OMG loaded with flavor just spices and fresh Garlic a must try. Had 98 Problems IPA yeah a super selection of Beer's. Shout out to Denise our superstar waitress she a very great person. Our very first visit going back for Tuesday half price Pizza and Wednesday night Prime Rib. See great reviews around the Web on Facebook, Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor. Also a website with full menus. Haven't been here in 35 years or so and I'm pretty sure nothing has changed inside? We both had prime rib and it was terrible! It definitely wasn't a prime cut of meat. USDA inspected at best. Hard to even cut through and very grainy. French onion soup was really good I must say. I may try again if I'm in the area but definitely try something else.

An absolute five. Great food, great service fast prompt and not interrupting too much, and the atmosphere is out of an Old Town neighborhood bar. It's definitely a favorite of many regulars. Reservations are not needed, nor are they taken. Try the pizza it is great. Good prices all around, a good place to go.
Parking: There is parking in front of and in the back of the restaurant. Parking can be hard to come by as there are other businesses within that strip of buildings.

Would I recommend Elmhurst Tap Room to others. Yes 💯 even though we were walked out the door by Todd last Tuesday after coming to this restaurant for over 15 years prior to Todd being the manager. Apparently a customer had a problem with us. Not sure why we sit at the bar and have a drink or two then order our meals which is always delicious. I am sure if he gave us a second chance I would come back with an apology. We spend our money there we tip we are a great couple. Missing our Tuesday pizza night, the half off bottle of wine on Wednesday etc. I could go on. I feel one customer did us a disservice we were embarrassed and for what Todd? By the way we do not swear are not rude etc. Would I recommend Elmhurst to others yes. With caution tape the one customer that does not like us. Would like an apology by this establishment though.
Good food, wait staff was great. French Onion soup was fantastic, old style metal crocks. Steamed muscles looked good. Dive Bar ambiance. Needs a little cleaning but would recommend!

Been coming here for decades. It's still the same, dark, dated, and... smelly inside. Waitress today was angry and abrupt. Food was decent.

Been there twice once I got the prime rib ... it was warm so was the potato and vegetables, then got a t bone again everything was close to cold and steak was tough as shoe leather.. never again
