I had ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches from this place. The chicken was not freshly grilled , it was an old chicken . it looks like , they had added a old leftovers chicken . the taste was nasty and you can tell its not fresh at all . the chicken pieces was having an very light pink color on it ( turnips pickles ) which there was only a cucumber pickles in the sandwich . so from where the light pink color comes from . shame on them , to make me an old chicken sandwiches . I had contacted them , they insisted its a fresh ones .. i will never order from them. nasty chicken sandwiches .. their sandwiches ended up in the trash can and i wasted over 20$ in the trash ....

I don't understand why the prices are not posted. You have to ask them and I feel like the price varies based on who waits on you. Example, I ordered shrimp which they sell by the pound. I was told that's 12 shrimp. How do you know before they are weighted?

When you order fresh fish, pay attention to the prices they charge you which is different than what they write on the glass screen. Sadly to say, they cheat with the weight, make sure especially when they get the fish from inside and supposedly they weight there where you can’t see. We ordered five pounds of fish, but when we got home it wasn’t even four pounds. Totally disgusting behavior. Experience never to be repeated it.

Some of the best food I had in my life. Great service. Great atmosphere. The chicken bucket is amazing and as for their mashed potatoes and wedges, I crave them frequently. I’ve had raw chicken from elsewhere and was never a huge fan of chicken until I started ordering from them. Great products! Oh and not to forget their whitefish ahh only place I like them from, definitely a must try!! One year they offered me a rose on Mother’s Day and I thought it was such a kind gesture. I still remember that day.

Horrible customer service, stuck up family members that lie about wait time and your ordering being ready. Called several hours ahead for pick up time. They wait till I arrive to start and tell me 20 mins more. Very unprofessional, don’t recommend.
