There is no product that is clean for the male system. All products had soy or sunflower in them. These are bad for testosterone. When I asked for something clean, without soy, I got attitude and was even called names. Very rude.
That peanut ? protein shake is ?. Nice variety of snacks, some meal prep, drinks. All the staff are energetic and helpful. And conveniently connected right to Powerhouse ?

Come one come all and catch an amazing healthy vibe. I'm a Californian, but I specifically sought out Fit Lyfe and it was everything and more. Definitely boasts clean living. Really felt at home. The menu is colorful and illustrates a fit lifestyle. I selected the DETOX green smoothie to drink along with a fruit bowl. Both were so fresh flavorful and delicious.

The blueberry smoothie was an explosion of flavor, and the owner's hospitality was akin to having a personal therapist—it was a refreshing and comforting experience, highly recommended!

Blueberry smoothie was everything
Both the berry blast and strawberry banana smoothie were watery and had no flavor. I'm a big fan of smoothies and have had my share of them. I can place this at the very bottom of the list. I'm baffled at the better reviews. It seems many don't know what a great smoothie should taste like or had a better server preparing them.
Really delicious smoothies that never disappoint. The staff is really nice as well!
