Galata Sweets was truly the highlight of my girls trip. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness, it instantly reminded me of being back in Turkey. Everything about this place felt so familiar and comforting, from the beautiful décor to the authentic atmosphere, music, and of course, the incredible desserts and Turkish coffee.
One of the sweetest parts was when they brought us tea on the house, a small gesture that meant so much. The workers made my experience so special. You can feel how much love and pride they put into everything they do to represent the beautiful Turkish culture.
I haven’t been back to Turkey in a decade, so coming to this place meant so much to me.
If you’re ever in Dearborn and craving a piece of Turkey, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in town. Thank you, Galata Sweets, for the unforgettable experience. 🥹❤️

Delicious and really nice on the inside. Good unique date idea. I really like Turkish breakfast, you can get baklava anywhere but Turkish breakfast is special.
Galata is the best place for drinking tea, coffee also breakfast and brunch. I had the great experience and suggest anyone to come and enjoy them.
Staffs are nice, kind and respectful.

Me and my Turkish family visited Galata Sweets, they absolutely loved everything! The food was super fresh and delicious. So far, it’s my parents’ favorite food place in Michigan! Big thanks to the guy who welcomed us so kindly. We really appreciated the delicious food and warm service! 🇹🇷❤️

What a delightful Turkish-Yemeni fusion experience! I tried the menemen- the eggs were perfectly scrambled with tomatoes and peppers, rich and comforting. We had the doner beef wrap: juicy, well-seasoned, and wrapped in warm, fluffy bread. I ended the meal with a cup of Adeni coffee- strong, spiced, and deeply aromatic. The blend of flavors from both cultures was incredible. Highly recommend!
