Edward Hotel & Convention Center

It was a really beautiful hotel inside and out and was nice and quiet. Dont know if we were there during the off season or what tho cause there was nobody there. Only a 4 star tho cause the air conditioner either didnt work or took for ever to cool down and was a little too hit at least for me to sleep in.

Looks good on the outside but in need of some serious update on the inside. The ice machines on just about every floor are in operable. Bodily fluid stains on the carpets on the hall balconies. Heat/air conditioning system was in operable. Numerous hair in my beddding for just checking into a clean room. I could go on but the only good thing was that the television worked.

I stayed here for a week about six months ago. Hotel was really new and staff was really laid back and nice. My first room was never cleaned after last person and staff was quick to rectify by relocating to a cleaned unit. Bed was supper comfortable and the internet was actually usable unlike many hotels. Plenty of food places nearby. I would definitely go back.

Hot tub, gym, and spa were all closed and appeared to have been closed for some time. Pool was open but extremely cold, kids didn't even want to swim in the pool. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and courteous. We had to ask for a roll a way bed and within 10 minutes of being back in our room they had a staff member deliver one.

Very good place close to down town for a reasonable price at least when we went. It was a holiday weekend so there were no conventions .

It might look gorgeous from the highway and pulling up, seemed like the "real deal" I mean with the valet. Step inside and from the poor guest service to the nonexistent roomservice, unfriendly and obviously underpaid staff... it was not enjoyable

The place is very beautiful; however, they need to be more prepared for events. I attended a conference couple weeks ago and I noticed most of the lecture rooms were running of water and it took them so long to bring water out for the attendees. That happened almost in every lecture hall.

Really nice hotel. Stayed in the 12 floor and had a great view. Bed was pretty comfy. Temperature controls in the room weren't working great though. Top notch restaurant in the hotel. Didn't get to see much more of the hotel but it seemed good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Edwards had my ladies night here like 2 weeks go. It's a very clean quiet and very nice place. The hotel is very beautiful nice location and pleasant staff. The bar wasn't open but it was still a cool stay. So cool I booked a again already for the near future

This hotel was acceptable but I cannot recommend it if other options are available in the area. When I stayed, it felt like I was in a ghost town. 780 rooms and maybe 30-40 were occupied. Even with this high vacancy, The first room I was given was already occupied!! The hotel definitely needs a remodel. You can tell this was once a great hotel, but not anymore. Wall paper is falling down everywhere, and the carpet is dirty. The room was generally clean and functional, but not great. When I checked out on the second day, the coffee shop was closed as the person who runs it just did not show up, no explanation given.

Wonderful time will go there again.

Tasty food, reasonable prices, super service, superb pampering are the ingredients for a great evening. The place has the warmth of yesteryear, the salad bar is super and the desert bar is extremely inviting. Music by the capable musician is a really thoughtful move that is an added bonus. Giulio and Don's have found the magic formula. Success is endured, and I sure hope they do not mess with any of the elements that make this restaurant a desirable place to visit.

The evening chef didn't put any love into the food; however the service was impeccable. The morning chef, though... this is one of the best Eggs Benedict that I've had. Simple, traditional with actual Canadian Bacon... But that Hollandaise was delicious. Even the hash browns, normally a tasteless mass on the plate at many places, was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Once again terrific service.

I went there for a work lunch. The food was great and the service was friendly the atmosphere was also really nice.
