I truly love this place! Golden Bakery is the real deal we pulled up 5:30 am just drove up from Chicago, and it's open hell yea! When I tell you right out the oven fresh cheese pie can't get no better then that! The food is delicious! I say real deal because it reminded me of Lebanon when I visited. Had exactly the same flavors and texture it was crazy on point...l will def make a must stop here every time we come to Detroit. Very convenient Wide variety of Middle Eastern food and sweets. Very friendly and quality fresh food. 100% recommend!

Golden bakery as an always very cozy and beautiful place to get your snack and sandwiches you feel like you are in Lebanon very friendly stuff. Thank you for your care about your customer. Highly recommended but I think you have to change the recipe for vegan grape leaves. Add more lemon and change the stuffed
We came to the Detroit area all the way from Minnesota for a short business trip and picked that restaurant for our lunch on the drive back to our state. We were lucky with our choice.

The food is good. Would recommend. Their main customer base are familiar with most dishes. As someone not of that base, labels with name and /or ingredients over the dishes would help when ordering. I always have to ask, what's this, what's inside? Slows your line up also.
