0/10 completely unappetizing. Days old meat, no garlic or shawarma sauce? I'm Lebanese and this is not even close too a shawarma. This was meat and beets with pita bread. Plain dry and old.

So this is not the only time, but I came in today to get my kids some food and a few other things. When the lady at the register took someone else’s order, take it he was don’t I didn’t mind. So when it came time to make my food I step back so she can do so but she still proceeded to help the gentleman before me. Then proceeded to help someone els take it I am not Arab American but she only helped her ppl.. talking about pissed 😡..

I truly love this place! Golden Bakery is the real deal we pulled up 5:30 am just drove up from Chicago, and it's open hell yea! When I tell you right out the oven fresh cheese pie can't get no better then that! The food is delicious! I say real deal because it reminded me of Lebanon when I visited. Had exactly the same flavors and texture it was crazy on point...l will def make a must stop here every time we come to Detroit. Very convenient Wide variety of Middle Eastern food and sweets. Very friendly and quality fresh food. 100% recommend!
