Charging $1.50 for a Costco water bottle is ridiculous. Look how nicely designed the restaurant is, it would make sense to give water in glass cups..

We had a very disappointing experience at Mendi House Restaurant in Dearborn, Michigan. The food itself was not that great and definitely did not live up to expectations. The only positives were the mango juice, which was excellent, and the Yemeni coffee, which was also very good.
Unfortunately, everything else overshadowed those few good points. We were shocked to find out that they charge separately for water and bread, which felt unreasonable. On top of that, a 10 percent tip was automatically added to the bill without asking or informing us beforehand.
To make matters worse, we were charged twice for an extra fee. When confronted the server about it, she appeared nervous and only then returned the money. This should never happen in the first place and made us very uncomfortable.
The washroom was also nasty and poorly maintained, which again raises concerns about cleanliness overall.
Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience, and we would not recommend this place based on service, transparency, and hygiene.

Their prices are very expensive compared to other restaurants. If you want to eat inside the restaurant, they calculate the seat you sit on, and this is not appropriate compared to other restaurants. Their prices are double the price of other restaurants. If they continue with this policy, the restaurant will be a great failure.
