Best way I can describe experience was it was MID. I thought based on TikTok videos this place would be AMAZING. Wasn’t terrible but for $70, me and my two sons altogether got 3 different sandwich’s and the beef loaded fries also 4 tenders and nothing was very impressive, tenders were just frozen you could tell (I thought they would be fresh)
I actually wanted some nice juicy tenders and this place didn’t do it for me so we went 7 miles away to Holy Cluck and man was those tenders so juicy and full of flavor. As we were leaving Hot and Puff we saw fly traps in kitchen from outside in the parking lot and the workers weren’t very welcoming either.
Overall this place I’d give 6.5 outta 10.

I loved everything about this restaurant, the customer service, the ambiance of the lights, and especially the food. I recommend getting the spicy Philly steak with mushrooms added. The Amigos burger is also great. I’d recommend bringing friends here for sure.
Food was so bad first of all they messed up on my sandwich I got a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and they somehow managed to mess it up they gave me a whole different sandwich and slapped some “Nashville hot spice” seasoning on it and nothing about that sandwich was spicy and second of all we got wings and the chicken had some hair on it and when I asked the guy in the front he said that’s how it comes from where they get it from… that’s disgusting asf we barley ate 2 of the wings my friend also got a bacon burger and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture everything was off about this place it was cold ash in there too and there wasn’t any napkins in the bathroom too the whole place was just absolutely not it waste of money dont go the name on my order was Ahmed so whoever the manger is can check it and see how his kitchen messed up our order 🤦♂️

By far one of the worst experiences I have had going out to eat. I brought my daughter and her boyfriend here for their anniversary dinner. I had seen their stuff online, and it looked great. I was not impressed, as the place had no customers at what should have been a busy time of day. The place was dirty, and the bathroom had no toilet paper, and the toilet was soaked from people using the bedah. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, what a disappointment :( the fries were ice cold, and he delivered chicken wings that looked as though they had been sitting out for weeks. My daughter returned them, and he made her another batch, and a better batch of fries. instantly after eating we all felt sick, and for over 24 hours now we have been throwing up from food poisoning. I called the health department it was so bad, and I want to spread the word about this place, to save others from the same fate. Never again. By the way, it cost me over 40.00.. fountain drinks were undrinkable, moldy, tasted bad, and discolored.

It's pretty cool,kind of like one of those afternoon chill spots, or if you want a super late night bite to eat. They are open until 3am, which is pretty cool being the fact most places close early. I had the philly steak sub, but I added Swiss to it 😋 really good 10/10, in my opinion. My uncle and coworker had one of the rice bowls I can't remember, but they really enjoyed it as well. The drinks could be a little bigger considering the prices of them, but I did like the watermelon refresher. Worth checking out

As a business guy, it’s quite obvious the owners place more importance on their profit margin than making quality food. It seems like this business is ran by a bootleg MBA graduate, not a cook.
I know it looks good in pictures, but my burger was hard as a rock like it’d been frozen. Wait took over 45 minutes, for mid food. Loaded fries were okay but they’re very stingy with the meat. There was only two teenagers working at IFTAR TIME. Quite obviously trying to save on labor costs, then the fries had 0 meat on them, trying to save operating cost.

This was my first and last time at this fast food restaurant, between the two diners we tried the shrimp all six pieces were extremely overcooked (burnt) far too much breading, arrived to the table cool. The New York fries which honestly were very good, arrived at the table hot. Tried one of their burgers the meat was tough, the bun was hard the onion rings where the side for that meal and they were overcooked as well and oily they arrived cool. Both of us tried beverages the blueberry lemonade and one of the Mojitos both tastes as though they were prepared with manufactured liquids the lemonade you could tell was not fresh and the Mojito did not have the peppermint taste completely overpriced I will never try them again they failed miserably on their first attempt to impress me as a consumer. Leslie the restaurant was freezing cold and it was on a few days ago in which we visited so the heat of course should have been on
