I had high hope for this place but all in all food was not the best was overpriced I don’t recommend it

Me and my bf went the other day and had ordered the chimney, latte, and a chocolate. We were very disappointed with everything especially the chimney. We told the cashier we wanted the ice cream on the side and charged us an extra 5 dollars for it which we were told it came with it. Aside from that the sweet itself was not good at all the dough didn’t taste good the sugar on it was way to chunky it really ruined it, it says it’s supposed to be like a donut and the texture was way off from that. Also it was really dirty the wall was covered with some sort of drink and the couches as well.it’s disappointing because we had really high hopes for it. I would never go back here again apart from that it was really expensive too for a mediocre spot.

Don’t leave a tip here because the kids working don’t get it! The bosses response to this was that they are well compensated! By well they said 14-16$ an hour. Then they proceeded to delete all the message between us on instagram. I was just going to drop it but after I seen that they deleted the messages I came here. I actually took screen shots how sad. Taking advantage of kids trying to work. Instead of encouraging kids to work and give good customer service so they could earn more tips which boosts your business

Only people in the store took 40 minutes and a manager to get our food. They were making food for workers, themselves, and didn't even have what I wanted by the time they worked on our food. Will never be back. To be specific we both ordered the chimney cake. Which the dessert took forever to come out.
