Ordered a Detroit style pizza yesterday. It was not cooked all the way. The problem being, this place is inconsistent with the product they put out. One week it's great and the next week its undercooked. I guess it depends on who's making the pizza that day.

To be honest your deep dish cheese pizza was pretty good. Light sauce four times of cheese and the crust was pretty crispy and the ball was a stress ball or catch ball.

They wanna charge an arm and a leg for wings and pizza but their employees can’t even manage to put sauce on the wings lol. No wonder why the restaurant industry is in the toilet. Smfh.

I placed an order using the automated phone service and it got my order completely wrong. So then I placed the correct order at the counter, and they got it completely wrong again. I had to wait for them to make my order a third time and although the manager comped my order, I had to sit around for 45 minutes to get something that should have been right the first time.

“I had a very disappointing experience. The delivery driver made a big deal about tips, I’m pretty sure I paid for a delivery which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, the pizza didn’t sit right and made me feel sick afterward — which raises serious concerns about food safety. A restaurant should focus on making sure the food is safe to eat and that customers feel respected, not pressured. Definitely not ordering here again.” Food poisoning
