I'm a contractor with a busy schedule. I stopped in to grab a slice to hold me off for awhile 1145. I certainly did not expect reheated pizza at this time of day. I've had reheated Jets slices before but this was bad. Dried out, falling apart. Not much cheese. I doubt I'll do this again at this store! Now Jets on Warren Ave in Dearborn? That store rocks!! There are non better! Guarantee that!?

Came in to pick up my order I paid ONLINE a guys came to the register fingers covered in sauce sucking on his fingers rinsed them with water did not dry hands which was part of the problem. He tried to scam me by telling me my order was not paid when my credit statement and email which I showed him showed paid and still wouldn’t believe me then I got him to look again and it showed paid. Then as I was leaving asked me for a tip. That place use to look clean it looks like a hundred years old. Never again.

Bad service do not order from this location just an advice
Called in a pickup order and slightly screwed it up over the phone, a very patient lady behind the front counter was very polite and helpful. She cleared up what I ordered and everything went smooth, got my order within 5 minutes of arrival hot and fresh. From call to pickup everything took less than 20 minutes, pizza was good! I do wish they would’ve added slightly more toppings for the price but I’m also aware it always differs.

Terrible customer service, the workers are so rude they don’t even let you finish your sentence tried to explain a situation that has happened multiple times and the guy kept cutting me off and not letting me speak, did not take any accountability or apologize. Any good establishment would never treat their customers like this. They messed up my orders multiples and are so rude I will never be buying food from here again. And they are so overpriced!!!!
