I come all the way from the east side of Warren to this Pacific jets place . These new employees and staff not making the pizza like y’all used to. I had no sauce. My pizza was burnt and it wasn’t even made like the usual Jets10 I spent 30 bucks and the pizza taste like dry crunchy cardboard, disappointed with no sauce once again

Food quality is poor. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was over cooked to the point that the toppings were black. Also it looks like they chop their chicken up into smaller pieces and they put very little on the pizza. Disappointing, I would have been better off ordering from Happy’s.

I called in my order. Ouch I should’ve used the bot to get a discount. However, when the guy taking my order suggested I order online to get a reduced price. I told him I could not because I was driving. So when I got to the restaurant the gentleman give me the online ordering price. I am very grateful for his good customer service.
