Ordered just a sandwich and it was taking a bit longer than usual, so I called up and they very politely explained that they were very understaffed at the moment, I just just thanked them and we hung up. When I got my order they had put a cookie and bag of chips to make up for the wait. Thanks yall!

I recently ordered at this location and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. I was having trouble deciding on sandwich as I have not been in years. Ryan and Zach were incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me to a sandwich that turned out to be amazing! Their kindness and attentiveness made the experience truly enjoyable. Went in today for a pickle sub ,but that ended ,so sold by Mr Anthony for another order 💕 I ordered the number 16 on garlic herb wrap delicious 😋 I was so impressed I had to try something at this store ! Everything looks so fresh I could not pass up a good thing thank you so much Mr Anthony and crew! Thank you also for the pumpkin white chocolate 🍪 cookie! And speedy friendly service! 🙏❤️

We went there 45 minutes before closing time. The guy refused to let a kid from a family that were buying to use the bathroom saying it was closed. He also refused to let us eat in the restaurant saying that he was the only employee on site and needed to do closing duties. However, while we sat eating our sandwiches outside, we saw another employee come out and they were both speaking and laughing. The sandwich was also not the same quality as usual. Definitely not going to this location again.
