You could tell the food was prep cooked, my burger was extremely dry, the pita bread for my kerbys melt was so hard, the chicken was extremely dry you can tell the tenders been sitting for a while and man the breakfast to go looks like they just threw it to go and that's it smh, would rather go anywhere else but here unfortunately..only good things here are the chocolate chip.cookies

When you're not sure what you want, a Coney Island is a good place to stop. The menus are big and wide-ranging.
Staff greeted me before the door closed. Nice mix of booths & low-top tables. Place is clean, well-lit and spacious. Well, the bathroom was a bit less than and the floor was sticky.
After perusing the menu I ordered a Greek salad. A few minutes later it arrived, along with a warm pita. Yum.
I do like that breakfast is always available, too.
One complaint: the tiny napkins are a pain to use. Too small for the lap, you're forced to leave them on the table.

The best koney ive been to the food was warm and delicious our waitress was super sweet as well and kept checking on us. Ive been to many coneys and this is the only location that exceeded my expactations.

I'd been to this Kerby's nearly a decade ago and it was so good. It has completely fallen off and the food is not made with care or even decency. The waitresses/hostess are nice, everyone you see/speak with is nice, but the person making the food doesn't care and you can taste the neglect. The tuna, itself, was tasty, but put into a dry scorched sandwich form. How do you mess up a tuna melt?! It's easy!
The prices don't reflect hit or miss meal chances so you may end up paying for crap and wanting your money back. That was the case for me w/the meal fail I sent back part of, then still received a scorched bread tuna melt and my to-go lemonade which allowed me a 1st time experience in life of drinking up a long blonde hair through my straw. 🤢 Disgusting. I should've sent back the tuna melt too, but I was tired and wanted a meal, not a challenge! I didn't know I had to send back each dish to enjoy it. I called and suggested they enforce hair nets but I really wish I had my $30 back from that struggle meal they served me. Aside from sending back meals in the moment, they don't really have options to remedy the poor experience, so skip this location if you don't want to be disappointed and possibly grossed out too.

. That was an unfair and unfortunate experience.
I placed a carry out order, requested that my veggies be on the side. The girl bagging my order noticed the veggies were not on the side. She let the manager know and the manager told her to give it to me anyways. Then I called to inform them and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I called Corp 2x, still waiting on a response. It's sad that management knowingly give customers incorrect food. I will not patronize.this restaurant again

Awful experience. My cheese sticks had melted completely through the styrofoam container they use. Didn’t bother to line it with wax paper. Also there was a staple fried into one of them. BEWARE!!
My mother was a fan of Kirby’s Coney Island and I enjoyed our dine in experiences at this location when I was younger. My phone experience was a plus, when calling in my order. I ordered 4 coney dogs, 6 piece wing dings flats only and 2 orders of fries, my bill was around $33. I wanted to pay with my card but the card machine wanted me to pay either 18, 20, or 22% gratuity. When I inquired about customizing the tip that function didn’t work, so I opted to pay cash. While holding my cash in his hand the older cashier stopped to check out another customer at the dine in register. I started looking around and observed that the dine in guest seating was 100% segregated. My food was just ok, the wings burned through the styrofoam container, 🥴 and the fries were half cooked. The Coney Dogs had huge chunks of onions, the bread was a little stale and the hotdogs weren’t cooked thouroughly.

My food was made so sloppy. I ordered a gyro and the amount of cucumber sauce that was slopped on my sandwich was horrible. I will never be back. Wasted money .
