This is an extremely unprofessional kfc. on 3/24/24 a female employee working the afternoon shift cussed my mother out in the drive thru for asking questions about the menu and payments, at the drive thru window the female employee shut the window on my mother and so my mother with all right flipped her off, and this employee left her establishment to run after my mothers vehicle. She also forgot items in my mothers order. I would love to get a response with the employees name!.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Went inside and everyone was very nice. Food was good. Ordered 3 wraps and 3 boxes of nuggets for my kids and I. I always order in the app for pickup and have never had any issues with anyone being rude or the food wrong. ??♀️ I'll continue to order from here since it's close to home. ?

Needs to be fired and a more competent employee hired. Or invest in training in food handling and customer service. I'll hate to drive into another city to get my beloved KFC but I will now. I ordered/received the $20 fill box. The store needs to change the grease..... Horrible! I tried to take a piece of biscuit and it was so hard it crumbled.
I just went in drive through and ordered my regular number 15 .The young lady asked if I wanted fries and a Pepsi with that.I told her no and told her what I wanted.Eventhough I told her I wanted mashed potatoes.Some how I received fries which I’m not going to eat .The mashed potatoes is only one of the reasons I come to kfc for my lunch
