Food too greasy like it was redroped in the grease to reward it up .I asked for a different meal it was even worse than the first one. I asked for refund but I still didn't receive my money on the card.its worst experience ever from KFC I DON'T RECOMMEND this place at all.lobby dirty and washroom really not clean or satanized.

Third time going to this store and having to sit and wait for an hour to get online order. I will no longer support this KFC. Clearly you do not care about your customers and you're inconsiderate of other people waiting and wasting their time. Customer called me to inform that KFC gave them/me the wrong order. SMH, I'm not surprised.

I had the worse experience ever, at this kfc! I went to drive thru at about 8:30pm. They had signs on the speaker but it was so dark I couldn’t read it. I used my flashlight and found out the speaker was down. I really had to use restroom so I drove on around. When I got to the window I was informed that I would have to come in to order. I asked her would she just please let me order here. She refused and sighted the drive thru buzzer was the reason. I explained I had to go to restroom really bad and I would have to get my walker. I am a senior and it was dark outside, reason for the drive thru. She again refused. I couldn’t believe it. I was really getting lazy vibes so I left. It was late and I really had to go home at this point without food. I really felt that kfc customer service was not as important as the drive thru buzzer going kfc.SHAking. my head! All I wanted was a pot pie. I am so disappointed in This KFC😔

i was handed my food with some guy holding a blunt in the SAME hand. whole food smelled like weed and the chicken was brunt i was so grossed out i couldn’t even it i had to throw it away. waste of food this place needs to be shut down

Legit screwed my whole $20 order up.i asked for no pickles on my food and got only pickles, asked for extra gravy and got none. And now they wont answer rhe phone to rectify the order. 0 stars
I placed an order for 8 pieces Mixed , and only got dark meat . They had a 15 minute wait on original and crispy. I waited they did give me a free pop, but they completely messed up my order and gave me chicken that clearly wasn’t ready because all of the skin was off of the chicken and I do have pictures and they won’t answer their phone. I had to call another KFC just to see if the phones work and they picked up. I would really like my order done over.
