My kids favorite play place and still the only place I see actively cleaning while kids are playing.

Literally deducted two stars for the water .. do they collect rain water and serve it to guests….. they charge $3 for a pitcher of water that the kids won’t even drink. Please figure out a better water option for your guests I’m so disgusted

We recently hosted our 2-year-old son’s birthday party at Kidcadia, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The space is incredibly clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a wide range of ages of kids. Our son and all his little friends had the best time exploring, climbing, and playing.

The staff was friendly, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the party. They handled everything seamlessly, were always nearby if we needed anything, and made the whole event feel stress-free for us as parents. The party room was spotless and well-set-up, and transitions between playtime, food, and cake were smooth and easy.

All of our guests commented on how impressive the facility was and how much their kids loved it. The food was amazing as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our little one’s big day. Highly recommend Kidcadia for anyone looking for a clean, fun, and well-run indoor playground and party venue. We will definitely be back!

My kids and I love this play place! It’s always clean and there’s so much to do! And their food is so tasty. There is also a private breastfeeding room/ prayer room for women. And a separate section for babies/toddlers to play in. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Amazing space ! Brought my younger sister here and she loved it! From the playscape to the coloring station, everything is very well thought out. Kind staff, delicious food & a great experience for both children and adults. Will definitely be back with the rest of the family!

Kidcadia has immense potential and could truly be a wonderful space for children, but my experience raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness, safety, and accountability. If you are a parent who cares about a clean and healthy experience I would take the time to read the review. Especially considering the timing of flu season.

During my visit, proper sanitation protocols were clearly not in place. A staff member did enter the toddler play area, but the so-called “cleaning” consisted of briefly vacuuming 3–4 small spots with a tiny vacuum, removing visible crumbs and food that should never have been there in the first place. This does not constitute sanitization. True cleaning in a children’s facility requires disinfecting and wiping surfaces with approved sanitation products … not a quick surface-level vacuum of what can be seen. Germs are not visible, and this approach reflects a troubling lack of understanding of basic hygiene standards for child-safe environments. Especially for areas that are specific to small children and toddlers.

The mats and benches were sticky, discolored, and visibly smudged with dark marks. If this facility were truly cleaned on a consistent basis, the floors and play mats would not appear grimy, stained, and dulled. These areas are meant to maintain bright, cheerful colors for children, yet the current condition shows clear neglect and poor maintenance.

While there ARE visual signs posted regarding shoe removal and food restrictions, staff did not enforce these rules during my visit. Adults walked through play areas with shoes on, children were eating inside the playpen, and no staff member intervened or reminded families of the posted guidelines. The food tables and high chairs were also dirty and sticky, with people leaving their food trays right on the table…Signs without enforcement are meaningless in a space centered around children’s health and safety.

Especially concerning is the owner’s repeated responses to reviews, which come across as defensive and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging consistent feedback, the owner claims that concerns are “false” or “inaccurate” and points to security footage as proof of cleanliness. When numerous guests are raising the same issue about poor sanitation, it may be time to look inward rather than outward. Constantly discrediting customer experiences instead of reflecting on why these complaints continue to surface sends the wrong message and undermines trust.

The space itself is enjoyable and the food was good, but cleanliness and safety are non-negotiable in a children’s environment. With true accountability, stronger staff training, and consistent enforcement of hygiene protocols, Kidcadia could become what it has the potential to be. Until then, parents deserve to know that current standards fall short of what should reasonably be expected.

This place is spacious and packed with wonderful features craft stations, play areas, toddler zones, and even food and drinks through their Pine Coast partnership. There’s truly something for everyone, and it has a lot of potential.

That said, the main drawback is the cleanliness. Despite the no-shoe policy and designated areas for coats and shoes, many guests still walked around with their shoes on, including inside the play areas. I also noticed children eating and drinking in the play zone, which added to the mess.

I really wish there were more staff members present to enforce the rules and maintain the environment. During my two-hour visit, I didn’t see a single staff member in the small child area.

Overall, it’s a great concept with plenty to offer, but stronger rule enforcement would make the experience much better.

I hosted my son Adams 4th birthday party here yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of my guests had an amazing time! The kids had a blast, and the parents were just as impressed. Our party host was so kind, attentive, and on top of everything. She kept me updated throughout the entire party, checked in with us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed. What I loved most was how little I had to worry about! They made the whole experience stress free. They handled everything for me. They took care of every detail so I could actually enjoy the party and focus on my son. From the owner to the manager to the staff, everyone was extremely pleasant and welcoming. I also want to mention how wonderful the manager was. She was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The overall atmosphere was perfect, and it truly felt like the team cared about making our day special. My son was so happy, and it ended up being the best birthday party he’s ever had. I can’t recommend this place enough!

They keep it clean and the kids love it

It’s a fun place for kids but it’s pricey. They even charge for little kids (1yr olds) which is kind of ridiculous considering they don’t keep the bigger kids out of the toddler area.

The bathrooms are always shut down and dirty with overflowing trash containers.

I do like that parents can sit and kind of watch the kids in the larger play area but other parents don’t supervise their kids and the staff doesn’t enforce anything.

For the price you would expect better upkeep and better rule enforcement. Overall it’s a miss.

I absolutely love Kidcadia! I took my 1.5yo and 3yo here and both played for hours and hours and never lost steam! So many different activities to keep them occupied all day! And with the cafe, even I was content the entire time! I really hope they continue the mommy&me mornings this winter! That allows us to come more frequently!

Love coming here with our daughter

I was really looking forward to bringing my kids here, but unfortunately, this place was a big letdown. The play area was dirty. There were food stains all over the furniture and play equipment, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There didn’t seem to be any control on how many kids were allowed in at once, so it was overcrowded and chaotic. People were eating everywhere and there wasn't any designated eating area only.

What bothered me most was that even though it’s supposed to be a no shoes play zone, plenty of people were walking around with their shoes on, and no staff seemed to care or enforce the rules. To make things worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, overflowing trash, and no soap or paper towels.

This place really needs a deep clean, better supervision, and some basic hygiene standards before I’d ever consider coming back. Definitely not worth the visit right now.
