Me and my daughter loved it. Shes 2 and we were going down slides, swam in the ball pit, and the staff are very attentive when it comes to different play areas. Very nice place for kids to let out some steam and meet other kids! One thing I would watch out for is that step at the front when you leave or enter the building. It would be safer if there was a ramp for strollers and wheelchairs so people won't miss a step and fall hard. Overall fun and interactive for all ages!

I was very disappointed with our experience at Kidcadia Cafe. The staff was extremely rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. It was not a friendly environment at all. While the space itself is very cute and my daughter did have fun, her dad and I did not enjoy the experience and felt uncomfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Went during a special event that included open play, “face painting” and meeting characters Elsa and Olaf. It was very chaotic being a Friday night, I thought, in my opinion, it could have been organized better… Possibly having the event open play for the special event ticket holders only and not open during that time frame for the public.

I recently took my grandchildren to this play area and let me tell you they had a blast. The playscape was very spacious and accommodated all my kids and the coloring station was also very fun! They start serving food at 11:00 and the food was pretty good and fills the kids up. I went in the morning today and the staff working was very helpful. He helped me in the admission area, the food ordering area, and also helped me be seated and find the restrooms. Amazing staff and amazing facility!

Hello. I took my three kids to Kidcadia today. I just wanted to tell you how AMAZING Mo treated me and my family. Mohammed was extremely polite, kind, friendly, generous, and hardworking. He helped us with our food, our gift shop purchases, and with our admission process. I talked to him quite a bit, and cannot believe he's so young. He is mature beyond his years. He made our entire experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable.

Wow wow wow!!!!! What an amaging gem there!!!! 1st time and won't be the last!!!! Easy to find, lots of parking at rear, clean, decor is exceptional, playground is super well maintained and lots of variety of games like 3 levels of playground, baby zone with nice slides, many wall board with different activities, drawing area with tons of crayons and lots of choices of paper with pictures, bathrooms was super and well thinking yo change a baby diaper, plenty of chairs couch and coffee tables and dining area on the 2nd floor was awesome and kids can access the play area true a nice hall without having to use the stairs. Fences for securities at the entrance and before the stairs. Food was so tasty fresh a lots of choices not only fries and tender chicken but a large variety of yummy food. Also an awesome choices of coffee tea hot chocolate smoothies....not disappointed at all.
