By and far the saddest looking produce department I have ever seen, ZERO BAGGED lettuce, store looks and feels old, like it's still in the 70's. isles are smaller than other stores, selection is horrible, save time and don't come to this store

The worst Kroger ever. Always dirty, rude workers, never stocked with products and when you make an online order it's always wrong. Absolutely horrible.

I am a former employee of bakery dept at 15255 Michigan Ave in Dearborn. I gave 5 stars for one reason only LAURA J. She is the best cake decorator I have ever seen. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She is an excellent trainer. She is very patient and thoughtful with new employees. She did not expect you to learn things overnight that she has practiced for years. I took a picture of her skills in progress. Due to staffing she is not doing special orders but she can write on a cake if you get there early enough. I made sure the bakery was cleaned nightly. You could literally eat off those floors. ?

Nastiest bathroom award. Repeated calls to cooperate have availed nothing.

this place needs to have a meeting on customer service & respect!!! the staff are all so rude and disrespectful either the manager allows it or they just dont care but something needs to change owner needs to get rid of these people there bringing down the business. zero stars no respect.

I often buy cheese and lunchmeat here. As of late the cost has been up and deals are far and few. They often advertise that they are open but are closed way early than the time they say they are open. Disappointing.

Writing this as I stand in a line that goes down an entire aisle close to the back of the store. 18 self checkout registers but only 6 operating. Giving more than 1 star because they do usually have what I need in stock. Usually it's kinda messy and the baskets are not kept stocked by the doors.

Dear Kroger, For years we, and our families have shopped at your establishments. A few years ago, we watched you install "self checkout" aisles and get rid of some employees. You lied to us and told us it would keep prices low. It didn't. It simply allows your shareholders to profit more. You may have noticed a large amount of us, your customers, refuse to use these "self checkout" aisles. We see how you refuse to open a register in order to shorten our lines. You make old people stand in line for longer periods in an effort to drive them to use "self checkout". You'll watch as a single register line stretches halfway to the back of the store, and you won't open a second register. The disrespect you show us is sickening. We see you. We see exactly what you think of us.
