Kung Fu Tea Dearborn

Genuinely the worst KFT franchise there is. Never stocked up on teas nor do they complete or even start mobile orders until you arrive.

Got two teas and for me and my fiancé they were horrible and it didn’t taste like anything. Also the employee was super rude and not helpful. Terrible experience will never be coming here again.

I ordered from gubhub. I ordered two drinks KF milk tea and the passionfruit tea first off the milk tea taste just like milk no Tea flavor. The bubble was all stuck at the bottom of the cup altogether. I’ve had deliveries with Boba before and that’s never happened. I ordered a passionfruit tea in my order was also wrong. I ordered crystal Boba and they gave me lychee jelly terrible quality.

Not worth it. Prices aren't listed on the screen. A lot of selections and flavors were out too. Service took a really long time too. And like many others have said, he got the order wrong. Just don't bother going here

Ordered a drink that was supposed to be Blue Curacao and citrus... got a pineapple drink instead that i couldn't even drink because im allergic to pineapple... got it delivered tried calling and no one answers

Walked in with my family tonight. Idk his name (a young tall dude) but the rudest employee ever gave us attitude when we asked what something on the menu was Immediately we left and we will never return or recommend it to anyone. They were much nicer down the road at Mochi Dough.

I love the company, but out of all of their locations this one is the WORST. I came here for a pickup, which they didn't have. That's fine, I waited. It took damn near 10 minutes for 2 drinks, no other person was in the building. Okay, I guess. My usual drink, which is delicious at every location other than this one, tasted like spoiled milk with the cheapest chocolate flavoring available. No syrups. I pay extra for coffee popping boba, I even reminded the girl just in case because it's my favorite.. I had 2 BOBA. IN MY LARGE DRINK. I actually dumped the drink out into a strainer to see, because it tasted so bad I wasn't going to drink it anyways. When I tried to call the store, 3 days in a row, their phone was disconnected and I live too far away for it to be worth going back in person for a refund. CHOOSE ANY OTHER LOCATION!

My preferred drink is the honey thai tea. But every time I order it from this specific location (on either DoorDash or UberEats), they make it with milk despite the order not including any milk. I’m lactose intolerant and if I wanted the milk tea version I would have ordered it. This only happens at this location and the staff never label anything. So, I can’t even tell you what this drink is, but it’s not what I ordered. They’ve gotten this wrong 3 times in a row. I had to physically drive to the location and place the order in person. The cashier tried to argue me down about whether the drink had milk or not, until he remade it and could clearly see the color difference. He apologized and I left with the correct drink but I shouldn’t have had to do all that for them to get it right.

Great customer service and amazing staff

Most of the young worker are not professional, not trained about how costmer is important specially the curly hair guy with little mustache, he forgets what the order was and was not happy when asked to change it , previous young lady was same .

Good sweets and nice place, but the service isn’t that great. The desserts are worth it though!
