went here 8 months ago, the cheese kanafa was so good had to come back. was very disappointed because the cheese kanafa had a huge chunk of cheese instead didn’t taste like the authentic one at all. Tasted like a sweet grilled cheese

This place genuinely has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You walk in and they stare you down and give you the dirtiest looks. There was this one older hijabi lady who had the most nasty attitude. Go train your workers cuz this is ridiculous.

Veryy dirty place and dirty trays and equipments. The employees were very rude and disrespectful, ESPECIALLY the old one. I walked in and greeted her and she completely ignored me and my wife while giving us dirty looks. If I could give them negative stars for the dirtiness and horrible customer service then I would. They also went and charged me $13 for 2 knafehs when they’re literally $5 on the website including the bread, but I never even received my bread with the knafeh. Will never be coming back, they need to train their employees if they want to keep a running business this is honestly horrible.
The knafeh is amazing. This is hands-down, the best selling suite and the best I’ve ever tasted in the USA that being said the place could use some renovation and some cleaning and some organization to make it look nicer.
