Worst case scenario, when ask for mgr.,DM., about the poor service, why customers are waiting 20 minutes in the lobby to order, then told it's will be another 40 minutes before the order is ready, staff complain why am I asking for the DM, or someone else, getting and attitude towards me, is not a customer service place to go to anymore.

When will this place be shut down? Makes no sense when you go in for a hot and ready and they tell you it’s gonna be 45 minutes only saw one employee working as she was so rude. I guess because she’s there by herself whoever owns this location needs to fire and rehire Places is filthy. Glass divider looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the place opened do better.

The employees at this location are lazy and extremely rude. Told me my cheese steak puffs would be a 20 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes came back in the store and the cashier left to the liquor store next door than told me they haven’t even put my order in the oven. Lazy and unprofessional. Both employees need to be fired ASAP.

The owner needs to take a hard look at what's going on at that location. The health inspector needs to make an unannounced visit.

This location needs to be shut down. It is filthy-floor needs to be mopped, the bullet proof glass looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months if not longer. The customer service is horrible! The so called manager Jordan is rude and incompetent, and the store and employees are a reflection what of he’s doing which is nothing!!

I love Little Caesars, but this location is a mess. Ordered at 8 PM—checked the app at 8:40, and it still said “Got It.” Waited in the parking lot until 9 PM, only to be told it’d be another 25 minutes. Over an hour for a simple order? The worker blamed the app status on corporate instead of just updating customers. Finally got my order at 9:40—pathetic. Also, wear gloves. Thanks.
