First of all this is the location in the filthiest Little Caesars you ever want to see. Ended up not ordering anything; they were too rude and unconcerned to deserve my business. The owner needs to take a hard look at what's going on at that location. The health inspector needs to make an unannounced visit.

This location needs to be shut down. It is filthy-floor needs to be mopped, the bullet proof glass looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months if not longer. The customer service is horrible! The so called manager Jordan is rude and incompetent, and the store and employees are a reflection what of he’s doing which is nothing!!

I love Little Caesars, but this location is a mess. Ordered at 8 PM—checked the app at 8:40, and it still said “Got It.” Waited in the parking lot until 9 PM, only to be told it’d be another 25 minutes. Over an hour for a simple order? The worker blamed the app status on corporate instead of just updating customers. Finally got my order at 9:40—pathetic. Also, wear gloves. Thanks.

Don’t go at this store, they supposed closed at 10 pm, but if you go at 9 all ovens are off , & employees just sitting around just talking, & make do online order & they don’t take your online order , bad experience going to this place it looks like all employees just went there to win a check , they don’t know nothing about Customer Service 👎🏾

I ordered a pizza online, had the time set for one hour to give the store enough time. When i arrived, I was told 4 minutes. 4 minutes turned out to be 30 minutes. I ordered cheese puffs for my niece because she is a vegetarian. The box was marked for cheese but it's pepperoni! Of course she is having a reaction now because we didn't discover it until she took a bite. This location needs to retrain and hire more staff. Will no longer order from this location.

I made an online order, waited an hour before going up there because on the app it was still in the prep stage. I get there the young lady states her register is down and her manager isn't returning her calls. So I had to leave with no food that was already paid for.

I'm not sure why or how this location is still open to be honest. The employees are rude and take forever and a half to finish cooking, I have no idea what they're doing back there. I ordered my pizza 3 hours ago and when I called for a status an hour and a half after ordering, I got "we busy we'll call you when we done you need to be patient boy" and hung up in my face. I haven't gotten a call yet. Whoever owns that place needs to do some major turnover before a disgruntled customer burns down the place. Disgusting people
