I ordered an extra most bestest online and should have checked the box when I picked it up!! I received a crunchy dry OLD pizza that was definitely not freshly made to order. Whoever reads this, make sure you check the box before you leave the store. Someone pulled a fast one.

They always have the phone off the hook so no one can call ahead of time to order their food it’s not the time I have to go up there an order an sit there an wait I like my pizza with light sauce since there is to much sauce put on the pizza

I just canceled my order. The guy who works there is SO RUDE. He rushed me through my order, didn't let me finish, then hung up on me. He's the head guy upfront, he's been there over a year because that's when I first noticed the change there. He's rude and argumentative to other customers as well. If I'm finally done with this location, I wonder how many others are as well? This is the Dearborn Monroe St. Location. That guy has a nasty attitude. Hate your job? Do everyone a favor and quit.

I just went to this pocation about an hour ago. I ordered a Extra most bestest, pepperoni and an order of the cheese crazy puffs. They told me 15-20 minute wait. Ok. So then there was a rush and they couldn't handle the fromt counter. Im oretty sure they gave away several wrong orders. When I opened the bix expecting a xtra most, I only have a cheese pizza. The phone was ringing off the hook and no one answering. I paid almost $17 for improper food. I will not be going back to this location. But seriously whoever is reading this needs to get a grip on the company. Yall are falling apart
