My children brought us here for our 36th Anniversary because we are foodies. It was amazing, the drinks were exceptionally crafted, shrimp ceviche and Mexican corn appetizers perfection. The tacos have so much flavor. It was hard to chose which ones we liked best! We agreed the Wagu and the potato one had so many layers of flavor and depth. The freshness and blends of flavor were in every bite. The crème brûlée was perfection. Our servers were the best! We can’t wait to come beck in the summer to eat outside. Kudos to the manager for showing how it’s done right!! Highly recommend!!!

This restaurant and staff is amazing. I’m a restaurant owner and can tell you they are HEAVILY invested in the restaurant. Expensive?? Absolutely. But you get what you pay for. Surf and turf tacos was one of many highlights. The agave spirit selections is one of the largest in the world! They hold a GB of world record for the most. The brown liquor selection upstairs will floor any collector. Insane!!! Food was equally impressive, the owners are there working side by side with their staff. This is a hidden gem!

While the wait staff were pleasant, when I called to make reservations, the woman on the phone was very rude when I questioned why they needed my credit card to book a reservations. She failed to mention that they would charge me $40 per person if I canceled. My bill was $200 for two dinners and 3 drinks. The prices are not listed on the menu and every drink is $20. They also automatically charge 20% gratuity. Which i would have left the waitstaff because like I said, they were pleasant. But I Will definitely never come here again. The food was decent, but this place is a money grab. They are almost scammers in a way. It's so deceitful. I only came here because my girlfriend wanted to try it out. Stay away!!!

Shout out to Caitlin and Heidi for helping us try just a taste of an enormous menu of experiences. You really can’t miss. The cocktails and tacos are hands down some of the best I’ve ever tasted and varied in flavors. 20/10 recommend to EVERYBODY (…13+ up of course)

Updated review: Beware!. They don’t list the price on the menu and you end up over paying for the food. Besides that the gratuity of 20% is automatically added. We paid $166 for 6 tacos, 3 beers, 1 mojito. Customer service wasn’t the best neither, left us 20 min waiting after they served to check on us. So sad!

Possibly the best Mexican food I've ever had. 12 different house made hot sauces to choose from was wild. The duck taco was wonderful, and they have plenty of mocktail options! One note is that this place doesnt allow anyone under 13 which I found a bit odd.

Hands down one of the few gems in the Dearborn area. The negative reviews are from people who don’t understand quality dining and want something cheap and their way. This restaurant is one of the few gems. Everything on their menu is high quality, every ingredient is extremely thoughtful and prepared by chefs who actually care about the food that comes out on your plate, unlike many of these restaurants in Dearborn that are just after money. Every item on this menu is amazing. Literally everything. Not to mention the food comes out so quick. If you’re after quality food and a place that will make you want to hug the chefs, and you have a refined palette and understand that for quality food you have to pay a little bit more, this place is more than worth it. Will always be a top 3 restaurant in the Dearborn area.

Also we paid $52 for 4 tacos !!!! And on top of that they slammed 20% gratuity in the bill in advance to not let you decide if you like the service.

A friend highly recommended M Cantina and I owe her a drink. This restaurant checked all the boxes. The service, the ambience, and the food - TOP TIER!! It’s a little pricey (if you like good old fashioned cocktails with your meal), but it was worth every cent.
