Came here for a Mc flurry and an ice cream cone. The lady had no gloves on, she was making my McFlurry and a little bit went to the side and she used her finger and put it against the cup and used the side of the cup so the little amount of ice cream gets in the cup. She then proceeded’s to open the pack of cone with her teeth WHILE IM AT THE WINDOW. If I’m at the window and there doing this right infront of my face god knows what be happening in the back.

We were in the area with my grand-daughter. We smelled food I look up and saw McDonald's. So we ordered a Happy Meal and I ordered the daily double cheese burger meal we spent around 11 bucks. The food was fresh and hot I forgot to not have no salt on the fries but I turned great.

Went through the Drive-thru, ordered food along with Frappes. Well I assume they were having issues with the machine. Long story short I waited the 12 minutes for the drinks as I watched the bag with my food sit there. Once I got the food it was not hot. I asked if they can at least give me fresh fries, the young man just walked away from the window. Rude! I would’ve went in but I was already running late.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! You’re either going to wait absurdly long for a burger or you’ll get to the window and be told you can’t order because they’re out of everything! What a joke!!

This McDonald’s is nothing but an inconvenience. The workers struggle to make order correctly and when you ask for them to fix it, they catch an attitude. I’ve never been able to order with my drive thru code as it’s shockingly invalid every time. Waste so much time on my lunch break dealing with this location. Taco Bell is right next store!

I ordered a mcvalue daily double meal and requested extra toppings. When I got home they did not make the sandwich as I requested. I called and the manager stated she would replace it. I go to get it replaced and she’s asking for the food back. It’s been over two days, why would I still have the food. Then she further stated that because there was no note left she could not replace it. So it’s my fault the manger did not leave the note. Furthermore I returned this past Sunday during the Lions half time to get it replaced and they were understaffed as well as transferring customers from the drive-thru to the lobby to order. That took forever so I decided to leave and come today. Long story short I’m not going to lie about some food or what occurred Sunday. It’s an inexpensive sandwich and in my opinion the manager was inconsiderate. It is all about accuracy and customer satisfaction which was not provided.

Runs somewhat better. It's a black woman that work in the mornings weds.-Thurs& Friday maybe other days... But she SUCKS. she's usually at the 2nd window, she needs to find somewhere else to work. Nasty miserable attitude.
