Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal and a mchicken from the app for delivery, the fries are cold, no one answers the phone and the last time I told corporate about cold fries they said its doordashes problem even though their employees control the food that is served doordash didnt package my food McDonald's employees did and today my fries and burgers where all cold and the burgers looked old

I just stopped there to buy a snack. Sat through the drive thru line, only to finally get to the speaker, and they said they are only taking *mobile orders*, or come inside (which I could not do because I had my dog with me). So I pulled up my app, it needed an update, and then I needed to login (and who remembers their McDonald's password?). At this point the people behind me were getting impatient, understandably, so I just pulled away and left. Very disappointing service.

I get a mettalic flavor when eating items that are cooked in fryer i.e. hashbrown ,fries, fille-O-fish. It's been suggested that the age or type of oil used is the reason. Sandwich is hot and tasty most times I've stopped ordering meals because the stores South of 8 mile re-fry or fry the fries more than once to cut waste down and its obvious in the taste and appearance. The drink (Coca-Cola) is the Best fountain on the market and it should be with what they do to get it their. I'm not ordering ice with a splash of Coke I'm ordering a large Coke. I don't want to pay for the large meal and get what equates to a small portion of soda pop. So most times I order with a pre-order disapointmet cause I know what McDonalds could be.

After using this McDonald's a few times you can tell they're an equal opportunity employer based on the brains of these employees. But I think it's best to sprinkle in at least one competent person to somewhat make some sense of this place?

Just don't ask for extra ketchup on the burger they cannot do but they say okay when you ask for it so ask for a couple of packs before you drive away

15 minutes waiting in curbside pickup for a quarter pounder with cheese, They served 3 cars that came after. Rude, Careless and unorganized. I left without even a refund for my order because I don't wanna be disrespected.. they should get a big 0, not even a 1 star.
