I will begin by saying the manager during my visit was indeed trying to push her staff to do better. I was completely thrown back at the lack of organization as far as orders being prepared and ready for pickup l, i.e Uber eats and mobile and kiosk orders was all mixed up bad. Took approximately 20-25 minutes for a double cheeseburger meal and two McDoubles and a sweet tea with fries. Stood in the dining room the whole time and had to remind staff 4 times of my order and what it was. The food was terrible. Made poorly as the burgers looked smashed and just winged together with not a care in the world. Manager even kept telling them to tighten up and get it together that it was embarrassing. My recommendation, fire the whole damn staff and find a new crew!!!!

Today I learned why this McDonald's doesn't have a very long line to wait in, for some reason they think their food should be a lot more expensive than other McDonald's, for some reason they think there should be an 80 cent upcharge for a large coffee when you order a meal, while most McDonald's only charge $1.29 for any size coffee, I won't have to worry about being overcharged anymore cuz I won't be back, take care everyone and watch out for places like this
