Omg! I just stumbled upon this place after leaving my Dermatologist. I absolutely love this place!! This is gonna be my new coffee spot every time I enter into, Dearborn the staff here is absolutely amazing. The ambience is incredible. Five stars all around.

Today was the first time I visit this shop and I'm really glad I came here. The atmosphere in here is hands down the best in Dearborn and top 5 coffee shops in Wayne County.
Ordered the double chocolate cake and a mocha latte. Prices are about on par with other shops. They serve very high quality coffee here along with fresh delicious pastries.
Overall, this is a beautiful shop, comfortable seating and fantastic service with super nice staff. If you want to explore an exquisite experience with mellow vibes, this shop is a must to try out. It'll now be added to my top favorite places to regularly visit. Hats off and god bless🙏

This is my favorite coffee shop, everything from here is so good. Raghad makes the best coffee too, shes so talented and no one makes coffee the way she does, she's literally the best. I love studying here, it's so calm and cozy.

I went into the cafe today 11/7/25 around 12:30pm. I ordered crepes and a tea. After my food was ready, I asked the man working there (short hair, wearing hat, medium complexion and short beard) if they were hiring. He initially says no, but starts asking me my work history and took down my name and number. He then asked me if I was gay which caught me off guard as I have never been asked that. He frames it as if he is just curious, then asks if I have time to take a tour of the back kitchen to show me what its like working there. I say yes snd follow him to the back kitchen where he tells me to sit down. As I go to sit, he grabs his crotch and asks “How is touching? Can we touch?” I immediately say no, grab my food and drink and ran out of the store. This is beyond unacceptable and I demand justice for this sexual harassment and assault. Owners of Mokaccino, this is your opportunity to correct these predatory behaviors or I will be forced to file a police report.

Jaber was awesome! Super friendly, great service, and made sure everything was perfect. He really made the visit better definitely one of the best employees there!
The vibe is just perfect, cozy, calm, and the music always hits. Their refreshers are amazing, seriously some of my favorites ever. The coffee is a little strong for my taste, but everything else totally makes up for it. The people who work there are so kind and always super helpful. The whole place just has such good energy, and I enjoy going here literally so much!
