Just left from getting cookies and the black girl with glasses had the nastiest attitude ever. I asked about if the cookies could be put in the warmer and how long the cookies been out and she answered with so much attitude. IF you don’t like your job quit!!

It is not difficult to understand instruction and having no patience and even after my mother said nevermind because of the attitude shown. Her response is and can be a direct reflection of who you choose to hire...but thank you for saving me calories for our order all three of us... Shame

Was there today 6/21 at about 7:20PM, I wanted a cookie cake for my fiancés birthday and was aware that they close at 8PM-. When I tried to place an order for one the two girls looked at each other as if they didn't want to go through the trouble and had told me they turned the oven off already- which I'm not understanding why you would shut off an oven to fulfill orders 40minutes before closing. Also was told I had to "pre-order" one, when I told them that I've came in before placing an order on the spot and that it was no problem. Never coming back here

I wasn’t aware that their oatmeal raisin cookies contained nuts. I never had an oatmeal raisin cookie that did. I brought the cookie back once I noticed and the lady didn’t even compensate me. I just asked her to throw the ones I had already purchased, away. A waste of money and time. Will never get another dime from me again.

Overpriced, change prices when they feel. I bought day old cookies for 2 dollars plenty of time, days later prices goes to 6!!! Employees are little sarcastic and rude! I hope business turns around soon.

they lost my order for a bithday cookie. they refused to refund my money. they argued with me for 15 minutes even though they were dead wrong . they give the name cuatomer service a bad name. i can do without their over priced cookies. i left the store outraged! they ruined my son's birthday!

I ordered a cookie and cream shake and they gave me cookies ? cream with milk ?I was suppose to get cookies and cream with ice cream !! Normally when you get cookies and cream they are Oreo cookies crushed up with ice cream and whip cream!They gave me two chocolate chip cookies mixed it up with milk and put some whip cream on top. I will tell you that that s*** was water down . I love their cookies ? but their shakes are awful ☹️
