I've Mrs. Field's cookies since I first had them at Northland Mall.. I wish they were cheaper, but the flavor is amazing though.. especially the M&M chocolate cookies..

Was there today 6/21 at about 7:20PM, I wanted a cookie cake for my fiancés birthday and was aware that they close at 8PM-. When I tried to place an order for one the two girls looked at each other as if they didn't want to go through the trouble and had told me they turned the oven off already- which I'm not understanding why you would shut off an oven to fulfill orders 40minutes before closing. Also was told I had to "pre-order" one, when I told them that I've came in before placing an order on the spot and that it was no problem. Never coming back here

I wasn’t aware that their oatmeal raisin cookies contained nuts. I never had an oatmeal raisin cookie that did. I brought the cookie back once I noticed and the lady didn’t even compensate me. I just asked her to throw the ones I had already purchased, away. A waste of money and time. Will never get another dime from me again.

Overpriced, change prices when they feel. I bought day old cookies for 2 dollars plenty of time, days later prices goes to 6!!! Employees are little sarcastic and rude! I hope business turns around soon.

they lost my order for a bithday cookie. they refused to refund my money. they argued with me for 15 minutes even though they were dead wrong . they give the name cuatomer service a bad name. i can do without their over priced cookies. i left the store outraged! they ruined my son's birthday!

I ordered a cookie and cream shake and they gave me cookies ? cream with milk ?I was suppose to get cookies and cream with ice cream !! Normally when you get cookies and cream they are Oreo cookies crushed up with ice cream and whip cream!They gave me two chocolate chip cookies mixed it up with milk and put some whip cream on top. I will tell you that that s*** was water down . I love their cookies ? but their shakes are awful ☹️
Cookies are soft and gooey only thing i cant understand is why are they cookies constantly going up everytime that i go...i go weekly to get 24 sugar butter nibblers i normally pay around 9 dollars but my most recent visit i paid close to 14 dollars which is ridiculous...they make up their own prices and they cookies should not be that expensive seeing that they get stale fast like after a day of purchase ..and even their little day after cookie bags be expensive as hell too ...lol can you say greedy company this is

I love this place and their cookies just melts into your mouth! I treat myself to mrs fields cookies atleast once a week..my only dislike is it seems like everytime that i go their prices are constantly changing ...i buy two dozens which normally costs me around 9 dollars now when i go they charges me 14 dollars which is insane ...their cookies are already expensive then they keep going up on the prices
