Lady took my order.And I specifically told her I would like , well done on my sandwich shawarma and then I asked the cook for specific.Well done they ended up giving me a soggy sandwich.With no sauce on it not well done so you don't even deserve one star

I was so hungry, the last time I had shawarma was back in South Africa, and I was craving that same taste again. But I’m so disappointed. The beef shawarma had a sour taste and way to salty, and the fries were way salty too. I feel like I just wasted my money… now I will have to sleep hungry.

The place was clean and the service was fine. But the food was very mid and mediocre at best. I ordered a chicken shawarma and the pita bread was very dry and crunchy and stale. The chicken itself was very under seasoned and very bad it had no flavour whatsoever it was very bland, and also ice cold . I don’t know how they made it supposedly fresh and it was still ice cold! On a good day I’d give them an 6 out of 10 for service but that’s not the issue it was the food. The chicken shawarma I’d give at 4 out 10 at best! It was terrible!

I had an amazing experience at My Shawarma! The food was absolutely delicious, and the new owner was so kind and generous. The portions were huge for such a reasonable price — great value for the quality and flavor. You can really feel the warmth of this friendly, family-owned restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back!

One of the best shawarma in the area, restaurant clean and the worker are helpful.
Came here today for the first time to try their shawarma. The service was terrible they didn’t great me when I walked. When I ordered chicken shawarma said I wanted it from the stick he grabbed from the side. The whole time he was on the phone and typing and grabbed the fries that were meant for my son without changing his gloves. Asked him to change his gloves and make new fries and he got an attitude. He refused. Walked out without the food. He followed told him I didn’t want it that it was okay he proceeded to yell and argue with me because I didn’t want the food he made with contaminated gloves. Definitely won’t be coming back. Mind you paid for the food before they made it.

I’ve never tasted sour shawarma in my life,until I tried this place. The chicken was sour, and not in a good way. I couldn’t tell if it was spoiled or just poorly made, but either way, it was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. I simply asked a question about the menu, and instead of helping, the staff responded with attitude. Kindness is free, and it goes a long way,especially in the food business. I definitely won’t be coming back.
They sold the business, now it's sumas grill and suds. Really Disappointed!
