The food was below average. We had ordered a 2 people mixed family platter. And 2 drinks 1 orange juice which was 4.5/5 and lime juice which was pathetic. When I asked the waitress to replace it with other juice she said no right away. While we were returning back home I felt very uneasy and vomited in the car and my kids and my husband when they got back home felt nauseous and vomited as well. There was something really bad in the food. We have never had such bad experience with any restaurants like oasis kitchen. We will definitely not recommend it to anyone or ever come back here in our life for sure. And let as many people know about our experience today.

Had a v bad experience. We were 4 families. We ordered lemonade and they brought limeade which was v bitter. I asked the server to return it. After sometime a guy came from inside with the limeade and asked what was wrong with it? I told him again it was bitter. He said do you want me to put more sugar? I told him it’s bitter because of the pith of the lime. He said they blend the whole lime in it to make lemonade. He literally asked me how to make lemonade and shall he use can juice to make it. Then he said yes, lemonade is yellow lemon and the server asked him for limeade. In the end I said we don’t need it. It’s limeade not lemonade. Then the food was tasteless. We ordered lamb haneeth and fahsa and have eaten way better at other places. When the check came, they added 30% gratuity. When we asked the server, she said it’s 20%. I did calculations in front of her. She then asked the same guy to come out. We stood almost for 15 minutes before they could realize that they have added 30%. In the end, they gave us 15% discount card for next visit. Won’t recommend this place.

Charged for water, even when it's not listed on the menu, not disclosed by the server, and the last time we visited we were told it was free with no information that would change. Overpriced dishes for the serving portion and quality, it's a good meal but not worth it's price. The menu also does not list the price changes that I was charged at cash, the already overpriced haneeth was up charged to $32 from $30, possibly other dishes as well. Service was okay at best but the food came out faster than some so some good there. Undisclosed price changes and charging for water whether it's bottled or not when not told otherwise and it was free before when asked left ruined the meal.

Been here first time and had a fine dine experience. Ordered Lamb Haneeth, a salad and a bowl of lamb soup. I give it 8/10. Lamb was perfectly cooked as it was tender and juicy.

Great food & service here—it is apparent the staff takes great pride in what they do. My only qualm was their menu pricing has not been updated with actual food cost.

The restaurant is very quite: no customers were there. Visited there seeing their good review, but it is totally disappointing! It was so cold inside, when we checked if heating is not working, the owner asked the cash counter manager: who is feeling cold- you or the customer!!!! They asked what we would like to drink: we chose water, but they served bottle water, and charged $1.5 for each! Spending $3.99, they got 40 packs of water, it is kind of robbery!!!

Food was not such good in taste: Worst Fahsa, no taste at all of meat, added cheese! Lamb Haneeth is dry, rice was not freshly cooked!

I would not recommend this restaurant!

I must have visited on an off night. And perhaps I should have ordered entree dine in not wraps to go? Fatoosh salad had burned pita (they’re baked not fried) and dressing was just like olive oil with little taste. Like needed sumac or something. The sandwiches were just ok. I thought a little light on the meat but hey that’s shrinkflation I guess. Overall disappointing.

It was very nice and clean. I had loved the service and food. The waitress named Zahraa was very helpful. Highly recommend 10/10 experience. Chicken salad was my favorite and mouth watering.

I encourage you to stay away from the restaurant. The falafel was literally frozen from the inside. We were charged things that we didn't order and if I didn't check the receipt I would not have known.
