I was really disappointed with this Olive Garden in Dearborn. The food just wasn’t good, especially compared to other Olive Garden locations we’ve visited, where the quality was much better. The service wasn’t great either — no breadsticks with the salad, constant back-and-forth, several mistakes, and our appetizer arrived at the same time as the main dishes. Overall, it was a forgettable experience. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I Almost Forgot To Leave A Review, Until I Found The Receipt In My Bag… But I Personally Put It In There To Leave A Review… This Is Honestly The First Bad Review I’ve Had To Give For Olive Garden I Usually Have Wonderful Service… But Our Service Was Terrible.. Our Server Was Jamontaye And I Wouldn’t Have Known If I Didn’t Keep My Receipt… It Took 10 Minutes To Be Greeted At The Table, 10 Minutes For Water Because It Came Out With Our Soup And Salad, And We Never Seen Our Server Again Until Our Entrees Came Out… The Idea Of Ordering A Drink Or Anything Extra Went Out The Window.. My Friend Didn't Favor Her Pasta And Wanted To Change It But The Server Was Nowhere To Be Found…. No Two Bite, Two Minutes Done… So I Asked For The Manager Because I Also Ordered A Refill On Soup When The Entrees Came Out And Never Got It And I Was Finished With My Meal.. We Told Him About The Pasta, But I Also Pointed Out How My Soup Refill Was Sitting On A Tray By Another Table Getting Cold.. He Switched Out The Pasta For Her But It Took So Long We Just Got It To Go… Crazy Part Is It Was Early Afternoon On A Monday And They Were Not Busy… Just Another Neglected Table With No Type Of Accommodations For The Inconvenience… We Could Have At Least Had A Dessert Offered But They Were Just Trying To Get Us Out Of There And Truthfully We Were Ready To Go.. Probably My First And Last Time Going To This Location..

Service was very slow, which was disappointing especially since I came from Canada to try this location. The portion sizes didn’t match what I usually get at Olive Garden, and even the all you can eat option did not feel worthwhile because of the slow service. Overall, I would not recommend this location. The Olive Garden in Port Huron offers much better service and value.

I called ahead to see if I could get a Veterans Day meal as a carry out and was told I could. Upon arrival the Greeter told me I could only dine in and would have to wait for a seat. I'd like to give a negative Star for this. TREAT VETERANS w/ RESPECT.
