Messed up our order of salad and were haggling over 10$, they messed it up the second time too. Very rude owner the lady and her kids. They took 30 min to make a salad and they still messed it up. Lost a loyal customer, great job.

They messed up my order completely and they said next order is on them. When I came back they gave me a hard time and wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a can of pop and wanted to charge extra for dressing with my salad. Absolutely terrible service. Unprofessional and cheap. Would not go again if you paid me too.

This was my first time ordering from Paisanos and it will definitely be the last. I went in earlier that evening and placed a huge order for a party I was hosting at home — spent around $130 on a variety of subs, some with extra protein, others with special modifications. After paying, we politely asked if the sandwiches had been labeled to avoid confusion. Simple question, right?
The guy at the front said he’d go check with the kitchen. What happened next was appalling. He walks to the back, and from behind the wall we clearly hear someone shout something in Arabic, something like “Kis Imon”. The worst part? The people in the front just stared at us awkwardly and said nothing. No one even bothered to come out and clarify. After a minute of silence, the kid who went back just shouted from the kitchen: “Yeah, they’re labeled.” That’s it. Zero professionalism, zero respect.
To top it off, the food itself was awful. Everything was dry, overcooked, and completely tasteless. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less about the quality of what they were serving. Every guest who tried the food agreed it was terrible.
Paisanos lost me as a customer that night — and everyone at my party as well. It’s unacceptable to be insulted simply for asking a basic question about an order. If your staff gets this upset for doing their jobs — and still do it poorly — you shouldn’t be in business. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 Half subs one turkey one steak there are both different sizes. The turkey sub looked fine but the steak was in a skinny small bread very unsatisfied. I don’t think I’ll come back.06/27/25

The worst place ever to try a sub, the mushrooms were raw, uncooked and cold as is, the chicken was tough and rancid, the number of chicken pieces was so few that it was almost invisible, I asked for the sub with fried chicken but they gave it to me with grilled chicken, it was just full of vegetables like a salad, also without any sauce or flavorings.. As for the meat sub, it was also without sauce, dry, full of vegetables and little meat. It was my first experience and I will definitely not repeat it.. As for the pizza, it was good.. In conclusion, I left my food as it was and did not finish it..

I had an exchange with a woman named Zainab about not throwing away food. I arrived at the buffet at 12, but the pizzas weren’t ready yet. I was the only one in the restaurant. Instead, they made me a medium pizza and a large portion of pasta. Since I couldn’t finish it all, I asked for a box to take the leftovers. Rather than simply giving it to me, she kept explaining how a buffet works—I didn’t need the explanation. The buffet wasn’t even fully prepared. I was standing at the register trying to pay when she finally gave me a box, but only after delaying and without completing the transaction. Paisanos seems unstable under this new management. The food was good, but I lost my appetite arguing just to save food from being wasted.

When I went to paisanos yesterday the customer service was great and the food was great there were two guys working at the front and recommended me delicious deserts very respectful people and very nice restaurant I 10/10 recommend

Best pizza, pasta, and bread sticks! I always go around the back and talk to the guys while they make the order and the place is so clean. Prices are very fair too!

Sadly these guys have new ownership that is only making this place less relevant. Everyone remembers this place from being in school and it was busy, good and affordable. Now a sub, sticks, and a small chicken pizza comes out to 45 bucks. Tried them for lunch as well and theres no lunch specials. When you make no effort to engage with your community and their budget you stay mediocre and forgotten.

I was excited to try this place after I seen someone make a video review. I order and my sub is so toasted and burned I couldn’t even bite into it. The breadsticks were also burnt. Honestly disappointed :/

Service is very slow for the food I order, I spend 40 mins waiting for such little food and I saw at least 5 people in this Pizza kitchen. Doing what?? Also Such little food cost me A LOT. Overall, very pricy place.
