DO NOT ORDER IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY! I ordered 2 steak subs yesterday and told them to please make sure 1 did not have mushrooms and wasn't touched by anything with mushrooms because I have an allergy. I recieved the subs and they were marked wrong luckily my wife bit into hers which was marked mushrooms and realized there wasn't any before I ate mine. I opened up mine and it was filled with mushrooms even though it was marked no mushrooms after we inspected hers again and seen there were a couple small mushrooms in it as well like they had put some in and realized and tried to take them out but missed a couple. I went in to let them know what happened and the guy took the 2 subs to the back the manager re wrapped the same subs and told me they are marked correctly now I told him I cant eat mine because it had a couple mushrooms and he told me no there weren't and told me to look I opened it up and you could obviously tell he took them out. He said no he didnt and they are fine and pretty much was acting like he didnt care even though I was trying to be clear I could die from it. So I lost my money and was stuck with a sub I couldnt risk eating.

Our school (GEE Preparatory) Took approximately 40 students on a field trip to Paisanos today. The owner was there himself and an amazing job with our students helping them make their own pizzas today. Our students had a great time and enjoyed making and eating their pizzas today. Sam did a great job helping making this happen! Aside from the food being absolutely delicious the space was perfect and the all the staff Very welcoming. Would recommend this not only for food, but for events as well!

Best pizza in Dearborn. The cheese has great flavor, the sauce is perfectly formulated, and the dough is crisp. You won’t be disappointed. 10/10. The pasta is a must try as well.

I stopped by the store on wednesday the 8th around 4:15 to pick up an order. The gentleman assisting me at the counter was very polite and respectful. I had to wait a few minutes for the order to be completed, which was no problem.
However, as I received my order and began to walk toward the door, another employee came out from the kitchen and made a loud “ps ps ps ps” sound — as if calling for an animal. When I turned around, he was standing right next to the polite employee, so it was clear he wasn’t addressing him. His eyes were directly on me. When I looked back, all he said was, “I wasn’t talking to you,” in a rude tone.
I found this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful. My firm has 26 employees, and we regularly order from this location through DoorDash — nearly every other day. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be ordering from this establishment. Hopefully, this incident serves as a reminder that customers deserve respect and should never be addressed in that manner.

Since the new management, the order consistency has been horrible. Every time I order something, there’s something wrong, something missing, or it’s improperly cooked. They need to get their staff and kitchen in order. So tragic because this place used to be a gem and so nostalgic.

This is my first time ever writing a review and god am I exited to write this. My experience at paisanos had to be the best experience I’ve ever seen. Me and my 4 Year old son were trying there buffet. My son was misbehaving but gosh. the guy that was bringing out the pizzas named Moe f and I made sure to get his name grabbed a desert and a red long hat and was telling my son about pizza this guy made my son feel so important. I will definitely be going back there.

We stopped in for the buffet about 1 o'clock today. First off, nearly $20 for a buffet is REALLY pushing it. If it had been a decent buffet it would have been fine. This was not a good buffet. The pizza was stiff and heat lamp warm, one sausage, 2 pepperoni and something wit what I think was ricotta on it. All the slices were stiff and gross. The salad bar was a mess, the carrots had lost most of their color and the mushroom had dried to the consistency of paper. We saw one worker the whole time and that was the cashier.
