All I got was a cappuccino and it’s good. Frothed well, really hot and not any more expensive than a coffee shop not attached to a museum.

All servers act like they can’t wait to leave and have no enthusiasm to be here, felt like I was being rushed, will never eat here again, next time I’ll come with my own food. You can barely spend less than $10 on 1 person as well

The food is stale, dry, and overpriced. Go someplace else. Don’t make the same mistake we did. I wish we got into the car, drove somewhere nice to eat, and came back to the museum. The re-entry is free and you can go in and out as many times as you want. Just remember to get your wrist stamped so you can show them to come back in. This place is NOT worth your time or your money

We landed at Detroit Airport and had some time before our connecting flight to Tampa, so we decided to grab lunch. We came across Plum Market Kitchen in the terminal and ordered a combination of tacos, brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes from their menu.
The food was served quickly in a combo box, but unfortunately, the flavors were a bit underwhelming. While it was a decent meal, it lacked seasoning and could've been much better with a bit more flavor and freshness.
On the bright side, Plum Market Kitchen is also home to Zingerman's Coffee, which offers a great selection of freshly brewed coffee. If you're passing through, we'd recommend stopping by Zingerman's for a solid coffee experience.
It okay
Overpriced and the employees are always grumpy. I'm not sure why the hot food area closes before the museum. They need better food options!
The food is terrible, not fresh and overpriced. We always go out to eat when we go to Henry Ford and Greenfield Village. We LOVED Stand44 during the summer. Why is it Plum Market in the museum? Replace it with Stand44! I don't mind paying $15 per person if the food is FRESH and actually tastes good. The variety is much better at Stand44 too.
Guess we won't be eating at Henry Ford again until we can go somewhere decent.
Absolutely not!!!!!

The Plumb Market at the Henry Ford Museum is a nice place to eat. It's located near the front entrance, and it's quick, clean and well stocked. Lots to select from. And membership gets a discount. The Reuben was tender and moist.
