Edit: the flags are back up! I can eat here again! I'm so glad, because theyre always so fast here. Thank you :)

I would get lunch here frequently but I noticed they took down their pride flags. Two little flags high up on a shelf most people wouldn't notice, but I did, and it made me feel safe. Now I know there's someone there who went through the trouble to take them down, and I no longer feel safe going in there. Other LGBT+ people, make sure to take your business elsewhere

Can't order over the phone. App doesn't always work, app timed out when hitting submit and a sandwich was left off. Couldn't drive back to order in person as I was at work. Called and was told to use app, even though order went through, but didn't have a sandwich on ordered list.

Unless you can order in person, high risk of wrong order.

Food good, phone service not so much. Why have a phone if a customer can't do anything over the phone.

Myself being new up here I had a Original Pizza Melt. Some pickles on the side and crush to drink. I will be back soon!!)

Terrible customer service. The app and website was down and they would not take an order for pick up over the phone. Went to Allen Park instead. RUDE.

No changing table in the bathroom, had to change my baby on the dirty floor. It’s 2025, why is there changing tables in every restroom? The offer kids meals and high chairs but not a changing table… Was there right after open and the bathroom was gross as well.

Never been here before. Staff was super friendly and gave great advice on their favorite sandwiches. Everything was delicious! Definitely coming back!

Okay I'm going to give y'all the honest truth about pot belly on Michigan now I'm not going to lie sometimes when you go in there they act like they don't see you They don't really greet people as soon as they walk through the door especially when it's nobody up in there cuz they don't get no customers like that nor does subways and tropical Cafe and two they lied about the dining and they do have dine in they have tables outside and in the inside Three they parking is crappy They need to redo the whole entire parking lot You can hardly even see the yellow lines motherfuckers part too close to your car so it's best to park all the way in the corner and for you can't call in and place an order obviously You got to go in there or you got to place it on door dash or overeats and I believe you can't use a bathroom unless you purchase something so you know how these restaurants are nowadays They don't want to use any nasty ass bathrooms unless you give them some money trying to hustle everybody pockets but they get a three out of five stars cuz it's not that bad but they want to up the prices on food but they don't want to give you what your money is worth which I don't understand white America but that's just what we the times we live in and this is the honest review non-paid

Nothing to boast about, seems to have some good and bad days. But not worth what they charge and the upcharge in the pops is enough to piss anyone off

Potbelly is hands down my favorite sandwich shop. Anytime I’m in an area with one, it’s a must-visit spot—wish we had locations in WNY! Their sandwiches are always toasted to perfection, and the chips and cookies are the perfect pairing. My wife swears by adding a side of hot peppers for an extra kick, and honestly, I’ve never had a bad meal there.

The restaurant says it closes at 9:00pm. We ordered our food around 7:20pm and when they saw us sit down they said “oh are you dining in? Because our lobby closes at 7:30-8:00pm” ?? How can the tables to sit at “close” early but not the actual restaurant? Also why is there no sign stating the lobby closes early but not the restaurant? I think the employees probably just wanted to leave early - it’s ok, we cleaned up after ourselves after we ate in like 5 minutes.

Well even though this has been a favorite of mine for a long time, I’m not sure if I’ll be back here for a while. The sandwich is got, (the wreck) was ok but the pickles were the saddest pickles I have ever seen. They were long, thin, and stringy which is not satisfactory at all. Overall I would rate this place 3 stars until I have a better experience.

Vegetarian options: They have a salad but I’ve never had it so I can’t tell you if it’s good.

Dietary restrictions: Medium sized menu so it may be hard to find something for people with restrictions.

Parking: Small parking lot with somewhere between 40-50 spots.

Kid-friendliness: No kid menu but I ate here as a kid and I was fine.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs in the building that would restrict wheelchair users.

Why eat at a chain sub shop in such a great food city as Dearborn? I'll tell you: you cannot get food fast at almost any restaurant in Dearborn, even fast casual ones. It's always a minimum of twenty five minutes if you're lucky. As much as I love going to "real" restaurants here I don't always have enough time.

Plus it's always a satisfying experience. At this Potbelly, the service is always fast, friendly, and accurate, the bread and ingredients are really tasty and not gross like Subway, and the whole menu is uniformly tasty. Also really great vegetarian options, and lots of healthier choices. Plus the hot peppers in oil are so good I keep my fridge stocked with jars of them at all times.

On the less healthy side, Zapps potato chips are some of the best, and the double chocolate cookies are super good and rich enough to split with someone you love.

Vegetarian options: The mushroom melt and Mediterranean sandwiches are super delicious and even more so with hot peppers added.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space and open layout.

Delivery driver didn’t bring me my shake but I was charged for it. Called the store and they asked me if I wanted to come pick it up even though I paid for delivery. By the time I even got the shake it would be melted.. they said they don’t do delivery so they could not send someone to deliver it. Even tho they just delivered my food. And they would not give me a refund or send another driver to bring me my shake. Very incompetent people. Very low intelligence employees. Worst location.
