We were in the potbelly on Michigan Ave in Dearborn and have never had the worst service than we had today. The employees were more concerned about having a private conversation than helping the customers. I know that it was a private conversation because I could hear what they were saying.we also ordered soup and it was cold. When I called the store directly the woman sounded like she didn't care and when I was don't her only comment was is that all. Very disappointing visit and transaction.

My first visit to Potbelly’s in Dearborn was disappointing — the food was poorly made and not enjoyable. However, I decided to give them a second chance, and I’m glad I did. The food was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was also excellent. I’ll definitely be returning!

Food was very good but the service I was not to pleased with. I had to repeat my order several times to the girl up there because she was busy talking to the other girl up there. Working beside her when they took my order for my toppings she would take my order and then start gossiping again to the girl also working there making me wait for my food. Didn’t put everything I asked for and honestly I got really sick of having to repeat my order several times just because she wanted to gossip with the other girl there. Even when I paid and I was waiting for my change the other girl at the cash register was talking to the girl again and I had to wait for my change…..

I visit this location about 3 times a week for lunch since it’s near my job. They are always so friendly. The young lady who makes the sandwiches Devin is a sweetheart, she greets you immediately when you walk in and holds friendly conversation with you.. Also she knows my order by heart and when she sees me it’s always “ the usual? I got you go to the register you’re all set” I love it here

I would get lunch here frequently but I noticed they took down their pride flags. Two little flags high up on a shelf most people wouldn't notice, but I did, and it made me feel safe. Now I know there's someone there who went through the trouble to take them down, and I no longer feel safe going in there. Other LGBT+ people, make sure to take your business elsewhere

Can't order over the phone. App doesn't always work, app timed out when hitting submit and a sandwich was left off. Couldn't drive back to order in person as I was at work. Called and was told to use app, even though order went through, but didn't have a sandwich on ordered list.
Unless you can order in person, high risk of wrong order.
Food good, phone service not so much. Why have a phone if a customer can't do anything over the phone.
Myself being new up here I had a Original Pizza Melt. Some pickles on the side and crush to drink. I will be back soon!!)

No changing table in the bathroom, had to change my baby on the dirty floor. It’s 2025, why is there changing tables in every restroom? The offer kids meals and high chairs but not a changing table… Was there right after open and the bathroom was gross as well.
