They sold my husband a cup of little pretzels & two small cheese cups things for $15 ! Ridiculous. Bread and cheese. FIFTEEN DOLLARS. HOW ARE THEY STILL OPEN? Absolutely ridiculous & overpriced

Horrible customer service! Location does not accept mobile or online orders and will not accommodate or refund you. Very over priced and over rated dough was dry and tough. Lemonade was good for $6 it should be. Go to Auntie Anne’s in the food court don’t waste your time.

A friend of mine told me about this shop, he said they sell Halal Pretzels, I stopped there to get pretzels for my kids. The lady behind the counter lied and told me the mini hotdogs pretzels are Halal (and I know it’s not) because I know where they bring it from. ? Liers ?

First time ordering from Pretzelmaker ordered DoorDash was very pleased pretzels were warm and salty and chewy I loved it will be ordering again soon.
There pretzel bites are good but a bit pricey and there drinks are nasty, I’ll stick to Dairy Queen or Taco Bell better.

I ordered 2 cinnamon pretzel cups. The pretzels cinnamon sugar was horrible, it taste like it was coated in sweet & low sugar, it left a god awful aftertaste after one bite. Only after 2 minutes I returned to ask for a refund. The manager and staff was very rude when I asked for a refund or to exchange for regular pretzels. I was refused a refund or exchange. The manger told me it would be an extra $2 to exchange. The also got very loud and said his cinnamon pretzel were not nasty because he has over 300 customers a day. I was very disappointed. I would never eat there again.
