Honeycomb bread is very good!
Update. I went there with a friend and spend about 2 hours talking. Hard to hear each other because the music to loud. Arabic singing music (could be a ambient music only, even if it was Arabic. Probably I won’t go there again with a friend. :(

If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Yemen, this cafe is a must-visit. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that transports you straight to the heart of Yemen. The Chai, brewed traditionally, is rich and aromatic, offering a comforting experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, making your experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to explore Yemen’s rich culinary heritage.

We were hunting for a hot cup of coffee on a cold windy Detroit day and luckily we found Qahwah House:

Open , bright and airy with a wide selection of Yemenis coffee and teas.

We tried a delicious piece of triple chocolate cake and were surprised how fresh and decadent it was.

After a pot of fresh mint tea we were back on our way , warmed in knowing we will return soon.

Parking: All parking is in the back of the location and it is limited.

It's a good place but the only problem is that tables are very close to each other you feel like you're sitting with them on the same table!

Visited Qahwa house in Dearborn, Michigan. Lively place and great ambience and service. A great place to chill out with friends or family and enjoy wide variety of Arabic tea or coffee

Selective customer service, saw the owner tell the staff to serve us last even though the staff was being nice and courteous. Extremely weird experience. Rude owner, discriminatory service, might as well serve the coffee in Yemen and not here in the states, with that attitude

I heard about this place so I gave it a try believe it or not we wait 20 minutes just for one cup of chai and one refresher drink. drinks we’re average nothing that can impress me in fact I had better adeni chai in Dearborn than this place don’t want say anything negative but a drink shouldn’t take that much I know they are busy but I was there in the mid day at max it should be like 8-10 minutes not half an hour and the price for a small tea was not bad 4.50 but a refresher for 7 USD was not fair and by fair I mean by the taste it was just an average lemonade they mentioned pine apple and stuff all I had bunch of strawberries residue not even chucks I get the hype people might like here but not for me I won’t be back here cause I know paces you can chill and get your order on time nice vibe though

Great specialty house latte wish I could have more.
Great pastries including the pull apart cheese bread and the phyllo layered pastry with honey.
The savory pastries were good too.
The pistachio milk cake was good very appropriately sweet.
The pistachio cheesecake lacked pistachio flavour.

Great spot, great coffee and tea. Only issue is the time to order when it's busy might be too long, especially if ur just trying to grab a drink alone. But other than that I think it's a great coffee shop and I love the atmosphere:)
