The menu says one thing and they make it a different way. When I called and they explained to me "that's just how they do it" it made me feel like they were definitely disregarding my complaint. He did offer to make me a new omelette which I declined. But according to them it's the norm for the menu to say one thing and they make it another way and I'm the one who don't get it. I will not be back.

I live in Lansing but was visiting the area with my disabled son. A friend recommended this place to meet at and the experience was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is wheelchair accessible. The food was served quickly and was delicious. When I’m in the area again, I definitely will be back.

No condiments for anything at all!! No butter on the toast they gave me extra dry, nothing for quesadilla, no syrup for french toast. Nothing ?

It was perfectly as expected. I'm from Kentucky and told my buddy I wanted to go to a similar place but it has closed. He recommended Rex's, wow. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
