Very nice cigar lounge. Nice selection of cigars, chill laid back kinda night out! Their food and drinks are great too and the staff is very friendly. Could be busy sometimes (game night and such) but its worth it.

Awful experience. Not enough help on a Saturday night. It took over 30 minutes to get water and only two of us got water at the same time. The other two of us still had to wait another 15 minutes for water. And when it ran out, I had to go to the bar to get a refill. I asked for a beer in a frozen glass, which she said she could do. It was served 45 minutes later in a hot glass for cognac. The food took longer and it was cold. And the chicken shish kabob came in six small pieces…child sized portions so, don’t come hungry. People who came in after us got water before we did. The server said they don’t give options what bourbon we asked for in an old fashioned. And when it came, it tasted like floor cleaner. The cook was so slow, I could have door dashed a meal, got the food and eaten it…and we would have still been waiting for our order. So, to sum it all up, we got hot nasty drinks and cold food with the slowest service ever. AND a $30 gratuity! I’ll never come here again and do not suggest you do either if you expect to get served. If you want a good experience, just go to Churchill’s. They have enough staff and treat you better.

Great hidden gem in Dearborn. Salmon was on point!! The best thing ever as well as the fries. Drinks are a must accompanied with a great cigar.

On the same Saturday night, December 27, after being asked to leave another establishment nearby, we attempted to continue our engagement celebration at Robusto’s Cigar Bar & Bistro.

Two members of our group went ahead to ask whether the lounge could accommodate our party of approximately 20 people. Initially, they were told yes. However, once the group size was clearly communicated, the server changed her response and stated that Robusto’s could not serve 20 or more guests unless we agreed to a $1,500 minimum spend to be inside the bar.

Shortly after that, our group was told we could not enter the establishment at all.

At that point, my fiancé and I had not even arrived inside yet, as we were still dealing with the situation at Le Cigar. Despite that, several of our guests were turned away. The server who delivered the message was extremely rude and dismissive in her tone. Unfortunately, I did not get her name at the time, but I do intend to update this review once I do.

If there is a minimum spend requirement or a group-size policy, that should be communicated clearly and respectfully from the beginning, not after initially saying yes. Turning away guests abruptly—especially in such an unprofessional manner—is not acceptable.

This was the same respectful, well-dressed group simply looking to continue celebrating an engagement. Based on how our guests were treated, Robusto’s is not a place we will be patronizing in the future.

I've been coming here for years. It's not too big it's not too small it's just right! I like to staff, the food, and the atmosphere. There's normally 3-4 of us. The drinks are too expensive though, bourbon $14+. Should be around $9-$10. I'd probably go more often!
