I dined in and noticed that four people who arrived after me and placed large orders in person (not over the phone) were served before me. My food took over 20 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, my Mashrooha and two small cheese breads were cold. I’m used to enjoying them fresh out of the oven, but this time they didn’t meet my expectations. It was disappointing, and I’m unsure if I’ll return.

Had a fantastic visit to Roma Bakery! Jawad was working so hard, I almost felt guilty ordering but not guilty enough to skip their amazing pizza. His top notch customer service made me feel right at home. The pizza was so good, I practically had to wrestle myself away from the counter just to take a box to go. My family thought I was sharing out of love, little did they know, it was a test of my willpower. If you're looking for great food and a good experience, Roma Bakery is the place!

I always try to tell myself that the next time will be better but I have never felt so unwelcome and mistreated throughout my years of coming here. I’ve been a life long customer living right down the street and for the past few months things were horrible. I’ve waited over 30 minutes in store for every order I’ve made whether it was a phone order or an order placed when there was no one in the store. Lots of missed items on my food that I was charged for. The reason I’m writing this review is for the zaatar manousha that almost put my mom in the hospital today. We had split a zaatar and the both of us were throwing up nonstop after eating it and it is just very concerning and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. The old ladies there are always out of order.
