Pizza was cooked perfectly. Sauce had a great taste to it as well. The wings were crunchy and tossed to perfection, the meat fell off of the bone. I opened up the box for the calzone and my eyes popped out from how huge it was😂😂. It was crack, loaded with meat and veggies. We tried the mac and cheese pizza too, just curious and we all ended up loving it. The cheese pulled on every bite. You ask for double mushroom, they give you double mushroom, they didn’t skimp out one bit. 1000/10 ordering again. The guys even took time to talk and get to know us, felt like family. Cheap on toppings, pizza didn’t look good. Was way better until new ownership came.
Sammy’s has good pizza at a fair price, with a friendly and nice staff. The square pizza is your best bet from here at a bargain when compared to the competition. The pizza has good flavor with the crispy crust Detroit Style is known for and they are very generous with the toppings.
