Unbelievable, this is a second time I visited this place. The staff was so unprofessional and was so look like don’t want to work there, we got a Konaffa it was too old and not fresh the cheese inside was old and sour and the smell of it was horrible and we got a cream puff was also old and so the smell of it disgusting. I don’t know how this store is exists and should be closed and go out of business. I don’t recommend this place because after you visit you have to go to the hospital.

I stopped.by last minute to get my friend a BDAY cake from their bakery in Dearborn Heights and was shocked that they only had 3 cakes. I waited for more than 5 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. There was one person working in the back. I called her after 5 minutes so she can serve me. I picked out the cake and asked her to write on it bday she’s. She stated there was no one there to write on it. Needless to say the cake was nasty. It was not even edible. I don’t know how a place like this is still open and operating. Their price was not cheap either. $55 for a medium cake I think 6 inches and not even edible is unacceptable. The cake was stale and the ganache tasted like the melts you buy from like Joan fabrics. I will never go there again. I usually don’t buy from them but I had to due to a time crunch.

I'm honestly heartbroken by my experience at Shatila. I went in expecting great service, but instead, I felt completely disrespected. They have a token system, yet it was ignored, creating chaos and frustration. No one seemed to care about fairness or customer experience. It was humiliating and disappointing, and I will never go back.

I have never had this happen to me before. Went to get some cheesecake and chocolate for my brother's wedding anniversary and there was a staple inside one of the dubai chocolate squares. I chipped my tooth. Imagine if I swallowed it. I've been a customer of Shatila for almost a decade and this was unexpected.
