Great place

We came in on a Wednesday, very nice and quiet place , Reema was very attentive and sweet , the fahsa and lamb haneeth she recommended was top tier. It’s a very nice place and food was out quickly I’ll definitely be back and will tell my friends about it !

The service was horrible. Our server disappeared for a long time and when we finally saw her, she was at the other side of the restaurant, talking to a guy. We flagged down another server and asked for our check then had to wait another ten minutes to receive it. After waiting, my husband just went up to the register to pay. There, the cashier was rude and had an attitude. The food was sub par at best. I did enjoy my lamb fahsah, but the chicken shawarma was dry and bland. I will not be returning here.

Terrible experience. Not sure what happen to this place, but the food and service was much better before. Food was undercooked, salad dressing was not made correctly, and the service was the worst part. Forgot drinks, never brought bread, and never checked on us once for anything. Dined in around 5 PM, which there were around 3 or 4 tables. No excuse for being that slow and having that type of service.

I have been to Sheeba many times and it has always been great but after this trip, I will not be returning. Our waiter was very rude and seemed like he didn’t care about us at all. He forgot our drinks, didn’t give us any bread, and never even offered for a to go box( not that we wanted one anyways because the food was awful but still). Usually, the food is great but everything came out cold and had no flavor. Do not recommend!

I drove 6 hours just to try Sheeba, and unfortunately it was not worth the trip. The prices were noticeably high, but what made it worse was the service. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. They seemed irritated, unhelpful, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get simple things taken care of.

For a restaurant with such a big reputation, I expected way better. Overall, very disappointing and I wouldn’t go back.

Definitely Avoid Buffet here. No Lamb Hanneth and their service is very bad for the Buffet people. Food taste is ok but not worth for the amount we pay. We even got plastic in our food.

Disappointed Lunch buffet with limited one piece lamb haneeth per person and that too has a wait time of 45 mins for refilling.
Expected much after watching instagram reels but very disappointed with the food.

I know their food is good, but the service was extremely disrespectful. I was there for almost 45 minutes with no one taking my order. The people before and after me were served, and I was just left seetting there. I ended up leaving because I was so upset with how I was treated.

I will say that the girl who wasn’t serving my table did try to get me to stay, and she was nice, but by then it was already too late.
