Warm interior with plenty of seating. The staff was very helpful and inviting, giving a lot of information about Yemen and Shibam. The tea and coffee were phenomenal and I really enjoyed the treats as well. I’m excited to go here again.
When you walk in you can feel the “family” vibe in the air, Shibam has very welcoming and professional staff, delicious drinks and sweets from diff varieties.
My order was taken by a young gentleman by the name of Mohammed Al Shebli who was in the midst of making another order. A couple minutes later our drinks are out and we were apologized to by Moe Al Shebli

Clean, and helpful and friendly staff so congrats for that. Also as a coffee roaster myself when I am away from my espresso machine, this has become my reliable coffee shop where I can get my Americano.
