Let's start here. Took 10 minutes to get my order once ordered. FOOTLONG CHILI DOG HAD NO CHILI JUST CHEESE AND ONIONS (2 small hot dogs not one big one so where's the foot long?) I DID NOT WANT CHEESE !! HOT DOG MEAT WAS SO DRY YOU COULD NOT BITE IT It looked like is was days old. The Tater tots were so overcooked they were hard a wood. The steak and Cheese sandwich was microwaved and the bun was uneatable. I was so looking forward to A good meal. But was So Disapointed, it wasn't cheap either. I will Never Go Here Again. Everything went into the garbage! Bad Examample for Sonic Company.

They are not nice people and don’t care about working I didn’t see one person wash there hands they use the same nasty wet rag to clean everything talk crap about the customers and employees I use to love eating here but I no longer will be very rude from the mangers to employees and not as clean as I thought it was.

In my 53 years of eating I have never had a tasteless hamburger. But today I had one I haven’t ever had a burger I didn’t like. But I can’t say it was nasty because it had no taste. The onion rings was sweet my wife said. My french fries was salty and stuck together in a ball so I named it a fry ball. I think it’s just this location I been there once before a year ago and didn’t appreciate then. I’ve been to a Sonic out of town before years ago and loved it. I have to find another Michigan location or go out of town to see if it’s really this location. I took a Covid test it came back negative so I know it’s not that.

Stupid girl at the window overcharged me, and got my order wrong. She put in something twice that I only asked one of. I didn’t notice until I got home. I then proceed to ask her if my shake was a small and she lied and said yes with an attitude. My total was 27$ & some change which seemed a bit much for what I ordered. When I type my order in online and press checkout it comes out to 20$ (without the extra item added) and even then with the extra item that was added the total came out to 25.49. So where tf is this extra charge coming from?? how tf does that make sense. Train your people better.

I order the chilli dog Michigan style - no cheese with mustard and onions which were alright. I also ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it is scrumptious - like the peanut butter in a Reese's Cup.
Sonic really needs to work on their sides. Their fries are bad as are their jalapeno poppers. I've had their pickle friends which are just meh.
Nobody does a milkshake better than Sonic. I just wish their other food items were as good.
