Amazing staff and atmosphere.....but since when did ice become 5 bucks a bag use to be two dollars a bag.....I will always buy the ice it is amazing

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant at the Sonic in Dearborn. The food I received was absolutely unacceptable!! my burger was completely smushed, smashed, and looked beyond unappetizing. To make matters worse, my niece actually became sick and started throwing up after eating it.
When I called to address the issue, I expected at the very least an apology or some form of resolution. Instead, the manager was shockingly rude, completely dismissive, and refused to give me my money back. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he went as far as to insult me directly, calling me “trash.” This is completely unprofessional behavior from someone in a management position.Not only was the food quality disgusting, but the lack of basic customer service and respect made this experience absolutely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. This location clearly does not care about food standards or about treating people with decency. I will never return to this Sonic

I had a very disappointing experience. The hamburger was awful and disgusting, and when I asked for a refund, the managers, Ali and Abe, refused in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
Their attitude was unacceptable and the customer service was disgusting. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

I ordered food and it was absolutely disgusting it smelled bad and tasted even worse. I called to make a complaint, and first a manager named Ali spoke to me but didn’t resolve anything. Then someone named Abe called me for no clear reason. It was confusing and unprofessional to have a different person contacting me every time.

I asked for a refund, and they refused even though the food went straight into the trash. Complete waste of money. Horrible service, awful food, and no accountability. I will never be going back, and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

The customer service from the young people is extremely poor they don't even get 1 star for service it's that poor and the food is not always fresh only great thing is that they're open late.

I will report to the health department you are recooking old leftovers. Tuesday 8/19/25 9 pm I order Tots and a sprite and a smash burger for my coworker. We work a 12 hours 6 pm to 6am. At 9pm the TOTS WERE RECOOKED, HARD AS A BRICK!!! I bet they were left over. They were cooked so had there was no potato inside just hard. I could go back until my next break but you are closed. I get the TOTS all the time because I enjoy them You really failed and disappointed me.

If I could leave zero stars or negative stars for service I would I pulled up and I ordered a burger a meal and it was a large meal with crinkle fries I asked the lady on the other end of the microphone if I want I wanted them cooked to order and if she knew that that meant fresh out of the oil she said yes but when I pull up to the window and ask again where those french fries fresh out of the oil I was told yes by the lady whose name is on my receipt she's only doing her job because the manager told her that I specifically asked are they fresh out of the oil she said yes I pulled away I pulled back around I went to the box I said hey man I specifically asked for these fries to be fresh out of the oil and I was told three times that they were these fries are cold I said in line for 10 minutes the manager comes out in her little black outfit and her little thing and says give me your cold fries and hands me a bag of hot fries and I said you know I asked three times if they're if they were fresh out of the oil and and all she could say was you have your fries now I'm handicapped and can't get out and then the lady who was working the window giving out the food was told by the manager to tell me to move along go I called corporate we do that we do reviewing a fast food restaurants on whether they can listen to orders whether they give you the right order how long you sit around waiting for them to ask you for your order lot of good things nobody ever makes a complaint and that's why people are like that and the reason workers are are do what they want and aren't very good workers it's because management does the stuff that they do to me manager walked out with her fries while her two people that were in there watch out the window your management team sucks especially the girl manager that was taken care of orders at 8: 8:00 August 16th Saturday by far the rudest interaction I've ever had and then she has the nerve to tell her employee to to tell me to move on and go she was only doing her job but she she she she should have told her manager that's not how you treat people what's on my camera in my car

I had unmelted cheese on a chili dog, The chili sauce looked old The hot dog was warm The bun was hard and old. I was so shocked at the poor quality of food I had but I did not have time to turn around and return it because I was headed into work. So I ate only half the bun just to have bread took off the cheese and chili and just added mustard and ketchup. Thankfully the tater tots were fresh and hot... hopefully they weren't old tater tots that they re-dipped in hot grease to make them appear to be fresh. I used to work in fast food I'm hip to all the tricks to make food look fresh when it's not.

Also I was highly disappointed they charged me a $1.50 for a cup of water and I purchased food.

Will I be back probably for just a slushie but I'm kind of turned off at the food.

Even with all my complaints the customer service was nice I will say that.
