The cappuccino has no flavor in it at all!
I asked for mango dragon fruit with lemonade and i told the cashier don't shake the red pieces just leave them on top and she put a note..the girl who made the lemonade she shaked everything and she got attitude with me and she threw the drink right in the sink and she gave me only lemonade and she told me we don't have no more the red stuff.If you don't know how to make what the customer asks for then you are not the right person for this job.

I ordered a peppermint mocha and there was a silver gum wrapper inside of it
When I went everything was very good although I asked for a hot drink and they gave me a cold one, but it's not a big deal.
Parking: It says free for 15 minutes, if you stay longer you can be towed, that's what it says

It took over 15 minutes to get my one drink. There was no line. They were just doing all mobile orders and I was left waiting. There’s also no chairs at all (probably because there’s a school next door with bad students)
I won't be ordering here again. Instead of contacting me about not having an item or contacting anyone they just gave me a piece of paper with a note. So I didn't know I wasn't getting food and I have no food. Not even a complimentary cake pop for the apology. Nothing. And the ice latte was warm. And gross tasting. And the frapp was old tasting? Like what? Ew

Went into the drive thru today, there were only 5 cars ahead of me. It took 55 min until i got to the window, i ended up not even getting my drink because they made every person wait an extra 20 min until they opened the window to greet the customer and give them their drinks. I was already late for my meeting and couldn't wait another minute. I couldnt leave before because once you cross the line to order theres no way out of the tunnel. Terrible service!! There is absolutely no need to make us wait hours. Just close drive thru if you cant handle it but to have us stuck in the tunnel with no way out is not cool.

Had red hair in my drink from the lady jay who made it the manager remade it but jay started shaking /swinging her long pony tail over what they use drinks. Ken the female manager didn’t say a word about her doing so. Then I asked was she required to wear hairnets she lied and said no, I should’ve went to a location where they wear them per Manager Ken. When asked to speak to someone above her, she told me she doesn’t have no one‘s contact information. They didn’t give me any names. I said that’s fine. I’ll just call corporate.
