I normally come here almost everyday, well now i don't even want to anymore. On monday (27th of october) I came in and ordered two frappes and two cakepops, my usual caramel crunch frappe with double extra caramel and caramel around the cup. Tell me why from the time i ordered it literally since i fell in love with the drink, to now. that the past three days i could BARELY taste caramel in the drink? I order it in the largest size with 8 pumps of caramel and never had a problem till around last friday. Then for some reason, when i opened the bag for the cakepop, there was a NAIL? in there??? it was so good till the beginning of october then when the staff changed, so did the quality. I'd rather go to dunkins. this is upsetting.

We bought 2 drinks and both had no flavor as if drinking ice water and after 2 days we went again to check if it was a simple mistake the other day but we got the same result no flavor in the drink I think you should make more training to your staff because apparetnly they have no idea what drinks they are making

I ordered a hot Chai Tea Latte without sugar, but I received a sugary drink with no frothed milk or flavor.
This location has on their hours that they close at 9pm but wouldn’t serve me at 8:30p. This is the second time they have done this and I’ll never come to this location again

I love this Starbucks! The service is always wonderful and the staff are super friendly and welcoming.💯 It’s mostly younger folks working here, always in a great mood and full of positive vibes. I especially love that they still have a tip box for cash,kind of old-school, but in the best way!I always try to pay my fairshare. 🙌 The atmosphere is peaceful, and with so many restaurants nearby, it’s perfect to grab a meal first, then come here to enjoy your coffee and unwind. Highly recommend! ☕️✨️

Today I stopped in and ordered a peach green tea lemonade, an impossible sandwich, and a potato, chive, cheddar bake. I received a different drink, a passion fruit green tea lemonade. I mentioned I had never tried this before. So she told me to try it and I hated it and she made the drink I originally ordered. I’m very thankful for the remake. I don’t like to fuss so I was just going to take it with me.
The food is always good, the potato, chive, cheddar bake is phenomenal if anyone’s curious about it. I’d like to thank the staff for always being so welcoming and going above and beyond in their quest for service.
