Happy to order cream and sugar coffee got a black coffee and a pointed direction to a public self serve station not cool for how much they charge you like it's not a 7-11 you know anyways happy to take off two stars one for each stir in (or not) condiments . I mean as a patronizing consumer I don't want to touch hundreds of others people germs sharing their public port a creamer. still the staff was nice well actually it was one person so that's not her fault it's the manager for having one worker There. It's fine black coffee was still good probably better for you anyways. Get more workers and stir in the condiments guys please. I put up $3.00 that adds up i tell ya what . Just my two cents about it

Absolutely horrible. The black lady with a bonnet horrible woman. Refused to make us drinks and turned off the lights and soon as she saw us walk in. Horrible service this woman is not good enough.

Prices are too expensive for what you get. Coffee wasn’t hot and the ice was warm. Go to Dunkin’ Donuts everyone. You’ll get so much more for your money and it taste so much better.

Good service, but like hardly any meat on this. If I didn’t know any better I would say they are trying to make us go vegan. If I just wanted to eat bread, I would have gone to Panera. Cold brew was decent.
Had to take some time out to show some appreciation for the girls who work here. Best Starbucks in Dearborn/Dearborn heights. I come here every day, they know my drink, and they make it the best. 10/10
