Starter's Bar & Grill Fairlane

I just ordered a TBone steak dinner. Ordered a side of mac and cheese for an additional $5. Feel like I got half of my money’s worth. Hate spending $30+ for disappointing meals.

From the first moment you arrive in that restaurant the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. Great cooking, experienced chef, decent cost and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

Would be nice to let people know that they’re closed instead of driving out here just to find out that they’re closed. So unprofessional.

The place looks really good, the food is delicious and the service is fast!

Would absolutely recommend trying this spot. Exceptional ambience, tasty dishes, awesome service. They never disappoint.

Love this place. Food is always good, drinks are better. Good place for drinks after a long day. The wait may be a little long but it is worth it. Sit at the bar. The ladies there are awesome

Could have been better shrimp Alfredo was more like Alfredo needing shrimp, steak fajitas was real good bread with parmesan needs to be like the Starter on Plymouth in Detroit steak bites were excellent.

Place was Loud, food was ok rib tips were meaty & tender my corn on cob was cold. I had a good waitress.

As soon as walked in the lady's were great. They had me laughing from the beginning. My night started off great. Thank you lady's.

Maybe it was because I was with a big party. I kidd you not. Our drinks came out with our food and appetizers. Not to mention, I absolutely hate when a server auctions off food. Meaning, the server didnt know who had what. That could be because the food came out 3mins apart mixed with appetizers.

Never go to fairlane Malls starters bar... staffing is horrible. Food wasnt great. Women paid more attention to my husband and what he wanted and took his order. I had to get their attention for my order.

Variety of very good food w/healthy portions. Salads are delicious - fresh crisp, really CLEAN greens. Excellent service delivered by polite wait persons who do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Ordered the shrimp alfredo and didnt eat it til the next day and was the only thing i ate that day. Now its the day after that and its coming out of both ends. I truly believe its food poisoning or at least bad handling of the seafood that got me sick. That definitely was my first and last time going to this location.
