Customer service absolutely trash asked for no mushrooms/onion on my stake sub and didn’t get that asked for a combo fries also didn’t get that walked in and ordered Cajun fries and got regular fries for food tho they have the best food out there…

The food here is so dry, I really tried to like this place multiple times and was disappointed. I had high hopes especially since everyone talks really good about it. Maybe one day it’ll be better. Also they have very long wait times.

1- The attendant doesn't listen properly to the order and provides beef shawarma instead of beef barbeque. 2- The beef doesn't taste well. 3- Different sandwiches are not properly labeled. 4- Too much sauce " tahina" that spills over and spoils your dress. 5- The attendant takes the client credit card to make the payment himself without allowing the client to see the amount and to scan the card. 6- The attendant doesn't give the client a receipt for the paid amount. Cheating and misleading is imminent beware of this place, which is totally not recommended.

Why can't we post photos?! Highly disappointed I've never had a shawarma sandwich break into pieces especially after taking 1 bite. Chicken was hard meaning old sitting. Yall are falling off get it together

We drive 58 minutes to the worst chicken shawarma !! What happened to you guys ???? Half of The chicken in the sandwich is raw smells weird , we asked to crisp the bread an it was NOT also asked to add tahini sauce on the side , they put extra garlic sauce instead .. not coming here anymore for sure .. chicken is not healthy when it’s raw and no one wants to get sick .. fix your problems I to keep your place open
