I ordered 1 fajita sub 1 french fries sandwich 1 shawarma markook 1 fattoush 1 curly fries and 2 drinks when I picked up the order I added 2 drinks. I was over charged I looked at the receipt and they have keyed in different types of food so they can over charge me. I told them this is not what I bought they had the guts to tell me they know but this is how much it is. They overcharged me and they had the guts to say that they know

If you want the most bland chicken sub in Dearborn and want to get scammed simultaneously, this is the place for you. Haven’t had this place in ~ 5 years, and decided to give it another chance. First and foremost, they have no phone answering etiquette. On the two occasions I called, no one responded on the phone. Second, I placed my order, and restated it at the end of the call to confirm. When we went to pick up our order, we realized that they had taken the order incorrectly. Instead of charging us for what we had ordered, the “owner” stated to “take ten dollars off” which was still over what the original order was. I personally spoke to the owner, and mentioned this was inappropriate. Instead of taking the time to listen to an upset customer, he carried on in a condescending manner. Owner seems to think he’s running a Michelin star restaurant and isn’t in need of customer feedback/criticism.

I felt like I got robbed and if you have ever had that bad feeling, that’s what it feels when it comes to this place. I’m fair but I don’t want anyone else to feel this way. The cashier changed the price and scammed me an extra $2. I know it’s not much but it’s the principle.

I ordered a full philly cheesesteak up , which had a weird sweet taste to it , and I had also ordered a chicken shawarma apon ordering I requested if it can be made juicy not dry with a side order of fries. Worst steak and cheese Sud I have ever had, the meat had an old over cooked taste. I highly do NOT recommend steak and cheese sub/ philly cheese steak. Secondly, the chicken shawarma was just chicken rolled up in markouk bread THATS ALL! No sauce, no veggies, not a damn thing but chicken and bread. Then you get the pickles and jalapenos and garlic sauce separately. Last I checked a shawarma wether chicken or meat, the sauce and veggies are in the shawarma. Not take it home and reroll the shawarma with the ingredients again. Honestly, this place is a joke. My family and I will ever come back here.
