I earned a $5 credit for spending $100 through doordash and when I went to use it they canceled my order and erased my credit! Doordash didnt compensate me! These guys are huge scammers! Beware ordering from thieves like them! You've been warned!!

The only way I could do that was if we were to go out and eat at a bar or a bar and eat and drink at the same place I could get the kids and I would get the boys and then we would have a party at the house so we would be there for dinner or dinner

Inconsistent with business hours. I've called many time at least 30 minutes before close and either they don't pick up. Or they pick up to say we're closed ( 30 minutes to close) I think with a few older gentlemen to guide the young teenagers about business importance when it comes to belittling small things that could cost you many customers. Besides needing help in the kitchen and improper communication between said teenagers. Food is great prices and atmosphere. But if it's not going to have someone experienced and مشمر ، to hold it down and make sure the shop doesn't decline. Hope this is taken as constructive criticism and not the latter.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant I used to support. This was my last time ever eating at Subtastic.
There were two clueless teenagers running the place like it was a school project they didn’t want to do. We made our order clear, half lemon pepper, half buffalo, but they still managed to mess it up and gave us all buffalo hot, like they just didn’t care.
The wings? Dry as cardboard. Tasted like they were cooked last week and microwaved today. Zero flavor, zero effort. The subs weren’t any better, dry, crusty bread that crumbled with every bite. And don’t get me started on the meat… barely anything inside. I’ve seen more generosity in a vending machine.
Save your money and go anywhere else. Subtastic? More like Sub tragic.
Just had to say, this place has amazing slices of Red Velvet cake. Anyone who loves sweets must get one and try it out.

I called in today a got a 12” chicken sub I asked for extra cheese witch I got and extra mayo witch he kept saying extra sauce didn’t know what he was referring to it wasn’t mayo it was this nasty orange red sauce that had a lot of vinegar in it I threw that crap in the garbage if a customer ask for mayo don’t switch it up for your sauce it’s disgusting should’ve went to mangos very disappointed

Its like a hit or miss, philly was good but the chicken sub was horrible, not sure how you mess up a chicken sub lol. Dessert is over priced not worth it

this place was such a friendly environment, me and my friends went out to this restaurant. The cashier offered us free drinks for us when we didn't have enough money for one. food was good, would recommend the chicken sub.
